No Loyalty for Loyal Customers

We just purchased our 3rd vehicle in 2 years from Viva Nissan. On our 2nd purchase we were treated right, offered loyal customer discounts and made it a point to show us they cared. The purchase on 5/1/16 the sales manager stood up and stormed off after I asked for a price adjustment and loyal customer discount. After that there was no point to provide customer service. We will not return as customers in the future. If this is how they treat loyal customers, imagine the new ones.......

Purchased a new vehicle that was not ready for release. This was the easiest vehicle purchase i have ever made including the time it took to make a deal on the final price that was reasonable. The service department had the vehicle ready for pickup exactly on time without any problems.

Old School Sales tactics

We were in the market for a New Nissan Pathfinder or a Nissan 370z. We had a good referral from a salesman at a sister dealership but the experience once we entered the Nissan Dealership felt very "Old School". We knew we could get the desired vehicle for 2-3k lower than what Viva Nissan offered and the price we found included transportation, Tax, Title and licensing. At Viva Nissan the salesman left to get a "manger/trainer" and would explain why the price and all the work that went into getting our desired vehicle. THen the price would change. We came in not with a pre-approved loan but an already funded loan that we had in our bank account waiting for us to spend but the dealership thought it was nessessary to run our credit again and try to convince us to let the us their banks (possibly for extra money on th eback end). All in all we left with a very sour feeling about the dealership. Do not purchase from Viva Nissan.

after buying a used 05 altima in june of 08, we were hung out to dry. the car turnede out to be a lemon. after five (5) times in the shop totalling more than 18 days viva nissan still refuses to "take it back." we were "promised" and "gauranteed" by the sales dept manager adrian soto after the third time the lemon was towed in. it wasnt. still isnt... we had a fake call to the police from a. soto when i spoke loudly infront of a showroon full of potential customers. the service dept are the only ones who tried to help us. the sales dept made it very clear that the car was now the problem of the service dept. a. soto said it clearly that once a car is sold the sales dept has no more to do with it. even though the car they sold wont operate properlly. we are still stuck with an unsafe, unreliable and undependable vehicle...

This SAME dealer gave us a price quote after two visits in person of 20,500 for the Nissan Altima we wanted. We can about 5 days later with the price quote in WRITING and spoke with the SAME SALESPERSON in order to negotiate a little lower. HOWEVER, they went UP IN PRICE from our last quote, stating the car IS NOW MORE POPULAR (IN THE PAST 5 DAYS) and thus they RETRACTED THE NEGOTIATED PRICE. They are [violative content deleted], and DO NOT KEEP their WORD. BAD BUSINESS. PS: We also reported them to the better business bureau. And yes, we are also happy we ended up not getting a wack Nissan !

I was very unsatisfied with the way this company did business. I have always been a Honda owner, but decided to give Nissan a chance and bought the 2008 Nissan Altima. The car was great, but their customer service wasn't! After we made the deal, they call my husband two days later to tell him that he has to leave the system & rims on the trade-in vehicle, when we clearly had specified since the beginning that we were taking everything out because of course they don't give you what it's all worth. So, they said if we didn't leave the things, there would be no deal. It was very upsetting that they were not loyal to their own word & they had just wasted our time, so we took the car back & made no deal! But thanks to their very bad customer service, I am now driving a 2008 Honda Accord & I am very happy with it! I would never recommend anyone to visit Viva Nissan! If you want a Nissan, I would recommend to visit other dealerships that are honest & respectful to you! Afterall, you are making a big investment & therefore deserve the best treatment!
