I recently visited your show room after communicating with Chris Sampson(online salesman) via email. After entering his office and introducing my self, he was more intent on sending an email than serving a customer. I test drove the vehicle that I was interested in, and then returned to his office to sit alone with my brother for fifteen minutes, while my vehicle was evaluated. After Chris returned to his office, all he seemed to be worried about was getting the pay-off on my vehicle. From the time I arrived on the lot I knew I was going to be dissatisfied. It is ashamed that I was not able to make a deal on your lot. Due to the fact no one wanted to deal with me. If they only knew that the car had almost $3,000 equity and that I had $1,000 to put down on it. I'm sure that they would have dealt with me then. I am from the old book where the customer is the best advertisement, and I am sure that the people that ask me about Tri-Cities Nissan will not be interested in dealing with them.
