HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...LIES...DO NOT GO!

when my husband and I went the first time, the man we spoke with (Coach) acted as though we were a bother. We knew what we wanted...and it seemed he just didn't want to work with us. Fine. We go the next day and meet another guy in the dealership (Damian) and he assured us that we could have it all! Basically he would answer before he even knew the answer to the question. He filled us with empty promises, and deception. The on top of that...with a great credit score tehy were trying o sell us an expensive loan. 16% interest rate! o NO! WE were the ones constantly calling him. He would return our calls but by the 15th call we pretty much knew they lived by the motto "Fake it 'til you make it." We went else where...HAPPILY! Very POOR ran business. DO NOT GO! Disorganized...inconsiderate...lies and deception. i give it a NEGATIVE score.
I would not recommend this dealer for buying a car

I bought a one year old used car from them in Dec 08. The sales person promised to get the second set of keys from the former owner which after about 8 phone calls todate, they have not lived up to. They never called in my purchase into my insurance company after telling me they would. As of Feb09 they never submitted my information to DMV so I couldn't get my car inspected until that was done which finally took place after 5 or so calls, one to the dealership owner. They also charged me for new plates, but left the old ones on the car which DMV informed me of. I rate them a zero or less on follow up, reliability, and customer service. At least I am pleased so far with the car I bought, but that is only probably because they had it only one day before we bought it.
