Beware...they charge an additional 10% over prices advertised on the website. Bought my first and last car there.

Mile Barney Nissan is probably the worst car dealer in western New York based on my experience. Unprofessional, rude sales people. I even tried to talk to the general manager about my experience and was stonewalled. Avoid this dealership.

yes i did buy a car from you ...but after i bought my car from you guys i did a little more research ...when i was buying my rouge select i asked my salesmen about what the difference between the rogue and rogue select he told me only a little longer what he failed to mention was that there was a big difference in body style one being a little more boxie, kind of upset me. come to find out i liked that body style more but my salesman didn't even make an effort with even trying to show me...i felt like the whole sale i had to do everything to make the sale myself. also i don't appreciate being talked down on or belittled by your manage Jeff, just his whole mentality toward me was just cold maybe its because i'm a 27 year old girl that he figures i'm young and dumb so he can get away with it ....well though i enjoy my car in the future i will be taking my business else where even willing to drive to Rochester just so i hopefully wont have deal with that kind of treatment. thank you for your time

Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish!!

When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by one of the salesman, Charles Davis, with a warm smile and a handshake. We sat down and he discussed my wants and needs in a vehicle. He suggested several vehicles that would suit my needs. I decided to take a test drive in a Rogue. Charles was very knowledgeable and explained all of the ins and outs of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. After the test drive he was very helpful with the paperwork and made sure I got the best deal I could. He was efficient and made it possible for me to drive home that day with my brand new 2015 Rogue. Never once did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle that day. Charles went above and beyond and made sure I was happy with everything. I absolutely love my Rogue and I was pleased with my whole experience from start to end. I will definitely keep going to Mike Barney Nissan for all of my vehicle needs! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

They wanted me to pay sticker on a sentra minus rebates. come on. then they give you attitude when you ask where the discount is. I walked out

Pleasant Car Buying Experience

Having previously received great service from Mike Barney's service department, I decided to shop them first when it came time to buy a new car. I was greeted promptly, had the chance to drive the new 2014 Altima that had all the bells and whistles I was looking for, and made a deal rather quickly. Over two visits, it only took about 2 hours total to make a deal. They gave me a fair value on my trade in, and worked with me to get my payments to the level I wanted. Financing was a breeze, with no pressure to buy additional add-ons (offered, but not pressured). They were able to locate the car I wanted, in the color I wanted and have it ready for me the day I wanted it. I would highly recommend Mike Barney, good value, nice people, great experience.

I just leased a 2013 Nissan from this dealer. I live near Rochester but the great service I received from Lane S. and the guys at Mike Barney was worth the drive. Great deal, honest salesman -- great experience. I love my car!

Purchased a 2008 Rogue from Mike Barney. Prior to that I spent 3 weeks at another Nissan dealer (Autoplace) trying to locate the Rogue that I wanted and in the end could not locate. I lowered my standards (no leather) and went to Mike Barney and they had one car left that I wanted. No test drive was needed and the deal was made in 30 minutes from driving onto the lot. They offered me 500 dollars more off than Autoplace and everyone there made the sale as smooth as possible. 3 scratches on the back of the Rogue but dealer said they would take care of it when I bring it in. Finance department was a pleasure to work with and no hassle was needed for my graduate discount. Granted that the service goes well over the next couple years I would defintely purchase another vehicle from Mike Barney.

I got the average price on my 2007 nissan maxima se. They took care of everything for me,even though my credit was less than perfect. I got a fantastic rate . i was really impressed at how hard these guys work for you to assist in showing me all the options,and realistically letting me know up front what my costs are.
