BUYER BEWARE !
by 05/12/2021
onBUYER BEWARE ! - You may not be able to get a title I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in February only to find out shortly after that it was not eligible for a GA title. I discovered that the dealer had not performed their required due diligence to obtain clear title before selling the vehicle. I reached out to the dealership for weeks, but could not even get a call back. Finally, I emailed the owner, and received a call from the manager (Randy) who tried to claim it was a simple mistake because he was supposedly not familiar with Georgia's title requirements. He then called me back and acknowledged that they had sold me a car that was not legal to sell. He made an offer to buy the vehicle back from me, but wanted me to take a loss on the car. I informed Randy that I was not willing to take a loss on the vehicle, but simply wanted the dealership to take the steps needed to provide clear title. A few days later, I was informed that the dealership would not be of any more assistance. I now have a vehicle in my garage that is currently not eligible for a title, and cannot be sold. So, be aware that if you purchase a vehicle from this dealer, you may find out weeks later that they didn't really have proper title work and it is up to you to pay to fix their mistakes. I am currently requesting criminal investigations into this dealer and their actions.

New Nissan
by 12/05/2014
onMy family recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Versa Sedan, and we love it! Now both my wife and I have purchased vehicles from Cronic and we definitely recommend that others go there for their car purchases. We arrived at the dealership around 4pm and was driving away in a new vehicle by 8pm! Now that's great service.

uncomfortable experience
by 10/21/2013
onBought a used 2010 Nissan Sentra 2 days ago. Felt pushed to hurry and pick a car. The salesman spent more time convincing us what we can afford, than info on the vehicle itself. Asked for carfax report, got it just before signing paperwork. Didn't get information about warranty, turns out it is out of it except the CVT transmission (10yr or 120,000 mile) He was just in and out a lot! He gave us a lot of time alone to "discuss". Also, near the very end (after 3 hours) we were informed we needed a higher down payment. We didn't know the actual terms of sale until we'd been there 4 hours. Kind of felt cornered. Then, we found out the length of payment and interest. I think we were so tired that husband just signed. We left with buyers remorse that evening to no avail. It didn't feel personal or respectful. This is a long financial commitment and a big purchase.

Bad Experience with Cronic Nissan
by 03/27/2011
onI have had long-standing relationships with dealerships in the past, and I have always had positive experiences. My experience at this dealership, however, was the most negative customer service experience I have ever had. The dealer I worked with absolutely turned on me during our second meeting. Although I had not taken up much of his time (about two 20 minute meetings), this dealer became very impatient and agitated with me when I expressed concerns about a botched paint job on a used vehicle. He repeatedly told me that the issues I saw in the paint job simply did not exist even though I showed him the over-spray, rough patches, and paint flecks that came off in my hand. I also had a concern about the engine jumping and jerking. He drove the vehicle to see what I was talking about. His explanation of the jerking? He said that the rear view mirror was loose, and I must have just thought I saw my head bobbing up and down when I caught my reflection in the rear view! This dealer became defensive and combative as soon as the first concern left my mouth, instantly telling me that I was wrong. This dealer told me several times that I was just not ready to buy a car. I cannot help but think that he was implying that I was not mature enough to buy a car. I am 24 years old and a female, and I really feel like this dealer had some preconceived ideas about my intention or ability to navigate the terms of this purchase. Despite my age, I take care to be an informed consumer, and I walked into the dealership that day with $14,ooo in cash to put toward my purchase. Unfortunately for Cronic Nissan, I also walked out that day with $14,000.

Cronic Nissan Rocks!!

onGo see Tim at Cronic Nissan and you won't be sorry. I called and emailed and drive to a ton of dealers in the Tri-State area and I want my money to get everything it can get me for the best price. These folks delivered. The only thing I didn't like was there was some confusion on their inventory on Ebay. I wanted that blue color but ended up with a Magnetic Gray. Price was great, they got me approved with a loan I could live with and they were nice, actually acting like they cared if I got that car. Go see them, you won't be sorry you did. I will buy my next car from them also.
