Terrible Experience

Unfortunately they will just flat out lie to you to sell a vehicle. Turning out to be the worst purchase I've ever made and Gates will not make things right. They will give you a song and dance and act like they're trying to do the right thing, but it's all just smoke and mirrors in the end. Bought a 1 year old truck that had the smell of cigarette smoke in it. Before purchasing I told my salesman Martin that if they could not get the smell out it would be a deal breaker. I was assured on multiple occasions that they had a special machine specifically for that issue and it would be no problem for them to remove the smell. I put my trust in them which was a huge error on my part. Simply put, they lied. The truck has been in twice for their "special machine" treatment and the smell is just as bad as the day I test drove it. Their detail shop is a joke, they will not actually clean anything, they'll just slap some armour all over the dirt. This is my first and last purchase from Gate's and will let all my relatives, friends, co-workers, Edmunds review readers and anyone else that will listen know to steer clear.

Gates Team is Great!!

Gates team is great!! Have purchased several (17) new/used vehicles from Gates over the years and still return. Just recently leased two vehicles in one week. From sales (Ralph), Finance (Nick and Mike), Manager (Ryan) were all helpful and easy to work with. You can't go wrong, close to home, great prices and the same faces when you return. It's nice to go to a place where they remember your name.
