I went in for maintenance on my lease and was approached about purchasing a vehicle and turning over my lease. Discussed it. They lowered the price for me. Charged me the money I owed on my lease canceled out by the rebate they gave me making it null. Then went into the finance office to find out I need to put more money down than agreed upon. I agreed to it believing I was getting a similar car to my previous lease. Later finding out its available in premium style. I was fooled, and will not be getting another vehicle from here again

We just bought a new used car from Janice Rosado. She came in on her day off to accommodate us! Janice was extremely knowledgeable, fast and endlessly patient with us. Not a pushy salesperson. She understood our needs and we left that day with our car! Thanks so much Janice. you were awesome!

Nissan Sentra 2.0 S price was changed after test drive

This is my story for buying 2009 Nissan Sentra 2.0 S 4900$ at this dealership. I went to the store, to see the car in real 12/11/2015 to Middletown Nissan. Test drive was pretty impressive, so I've left my phone# and ask to come tomorrow to see the car again. Nissan representative calles me 3-4 times next day to ask, when I'll come to see the car again. Told them, I'll come same day. I went there and once I came, sales guy from India told me , that they found an issue with breaks and after repair it'll cost me 3000$ more! Wow, I asked, what did happen. He told me , there was a problem with brakes for 3000$ price. !!!BRAKES 3000$ problem in 4900$ priced car!!! Told me they took it to garage and it was very bad there. I decide to check if that is true, so I went back to the place car was parked by myself the day before, and found that in exact same position as I've left it after test drive. I have no idea, why do this guys are lying, but there is a pretty bad experience dealing with them, they are not fair. Personally, I don't recommend to use this dealer, [non-permissible content removed]!

This is my second time buying a car from Middletown Nissan. I would not go anywhere else. They are friendly and helpful. They are amazing because they actually listen to you. My salesman was TK. He is friendly and always will to help. He displays tact and a profound devotion to his job. TK has an unparalleled understanding of Nissan products and is always excited to share his body of knowledge. This is an individual that everyone hopes to deal with when buying a car. He is the reason I bought another Nissan.

I can't say enough good things about the professional staff.special cousins to Nicholas Hammond, Chelsea, Jennifer in Internet and Andy in Finance. I will make everyone that asks how well I was treated and recommend they deal with you.

Nicholas Hammond was an awesomr Sales Consultant he was very attentive and understand the need to acquire the best price that was in my budget. He made it his job to make sure i received satisfactory service. Swin worked tiredesly with the banks to obtain the best finance that was fitting for my budget. He also educated me on every item of paper I signed. I was greeted by an consultant by the name James that congratulated me on my purchase. It was an amazing experience and would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone in search of an vehicle.

Did not receive all accessories as agreed upon in the initial purchase of the vehicle but the dealership and the Sales Rep Nick researched and the accessories were ordered and will be added to the vehicle as agreed upon. Excellent customer service! Would purchase another vehicle from them again!

Excellent experience while purchasing a Rogue at Middletown Nissan. Nick Hammond with his great personality found the exact car I needed. Furthermore, the fact that the Delivery Coordinator Mariana and Fnancial Coordinator Sammy spoke my native language, Spanish made my experience more enjoyable.

I had the most amazing experience purchasing my brand new Nissan Rouge SV from Middletown Nissan! Sales rep Nick Hammond was extremely friendly, knowledgable about the vehicle, and also quite funny! AMAZING customer service and experience with Chelsea, Rob, and Stan as well. Would 100% recommend to a friend!

Great customer service as soon as I entered the door. First discussed pricing and quotes with Jennifer on the phone, she was wonderful. Everything we went over is exactly what I received in person. Bob was also great, had my new car ready for me when I came! Even helped detail car to more process quicker!! Couldn't have a better team at Nissan Middletown!! Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a car!!!
