I have to say I am more than happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. Mr. Johnson was awesome to deal with. He is a great salesman. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from Lester Raines and we couldn't be happier. Bubby went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted and we were satisfied 100%. He even hand delivered the car to help me surprise my husband. Customer service is above and beyond at Lester Raines!

My husband and I arrived at the dealership. We looked at the CRV's. We had an idea that we would buy one but wasn't sure. Buddy, the salesman, introduced himself and made us feel welcome. We went for a test drive and loved it. It was late in the evening when we finalized our paperwork and Buddy took his time to set inside the vehicle with us and show us many details with the comfort and technology. It was a wonderful buying experience. This is our second vehicle from Lester Raines and we will continue buying from there in the future.

First Honda Purchase

As everyone knows, buying a new vehicle at a dealership can be a trying experience. Our first purchase of new Honda Civic style vehicle was not one of those trying times. The salesman was very knowledgeable, polite & friendly. He made a few suggestions on vehicles & we selected one & test drove. Once our selection was made, the salesman promptly started working on the paperwork. Keep in mind, this was on a Sunday evening at closing. We selected the vehicle and Monday afternoon we were driving our new vehicle. The dealership inside was modern, clean & well laid out. Overall this was very pleasant experience.

I stopped in at the dealership to look at the Hondas on my way home. I met my one of the dealers on the lot and he showed me some features of the cars. I returned later in the week with my trade but I didn't have time to do any dealing. The Dealer took the Vin of my Vehicle and emailed me quotes of what he could do. I got a much better deal than I expected. Honest no pressure and just the deal I was looking for. Thanks Chuck for being nice to deal with. This is the third CRV we purchased from this Dealership

As always, Honda shines brighter than all other dealers when purchasing a new car. The dealers are honest and straight forward and very easy to deal with unlike all other dealers. They are not pushy,annoying sales people because lets face it, Honda vehicles can sell themselves.

As first time car buyers, Tim was an excellent salesmen. He fully answered any questions and concerns we had about the process. He also showed proof that Mazda was the best car out there not just word of mouth. Tim established that relationship and kept it going even after the sale was made. My purchase from Raines Mazda was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Tim R. was the most professional salesperson I have ever dealt with. There was no high pressure or sales techniques. He helped us identify the right vehicle based on the car needs we shared with him and then he worked very hard to make the car as affordable as possible. I will go back to Mr. R. at Raines for my next purchase!
