After visiting numerous Mazda dealerships on-line, many on the phone, and then visiting a few in person, the overall best was Bill Marine Auto Center. If we knew then what we do now, we'd have saved time and money by just visiting Pascal Chevrette, Bill Marine Mazda's (Springfield, OH) General Manager. He offered us the best deal upfront, without the typical back and forth game most dealerships play. His easygoing, honest, and trustworthy characteristics made it a pleasure to purchase a vehicle. The whole process went smoothly. Kudos also to finance, Cheryl Sample, and Sales Associate, Stacy Crites, for their expertise.
