The tittle says it all. They want your money, that is it. They don’t care if you are not satisfied with your purchased if they already have your money. Mister KJ can’t do anything for you

Sold us a car without air conditioning! We bought the car in December but didn't realize the error until now. Bruce was somewhat helpful until he had the check then he was unfriendly and unhelpful. Used car manager looks like he stepped out of a 70s strip club. Buy at your own risk.

I went to Bob King Mazda with a pre-negotiated price from a car buying service. Bob King matched my price with no hassle. The financing manager also worked his magic to get us a good rate on a 72-month loan and an extended warranty, all without going over our maximum desired monthly payment. The sales people and managers were all professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions and concerns. I highly recommend Bob King Mazda.

Not bad

Dealing with the internet sales department was a blast! It was no hassle and no problems! However, the price I was quoted went up when I picked up the car. Also, several accessories were not ordered and I had to go back. They ended up ordering a new plate instead of transfering my old one. All together, not a horrible experience.
