Exceptional service!

I bought a used vehicle from Morrie's Mazda. It was Toyota, mind you, not a Mazda, and this adds to the quality of service I will share with you. I bought the vehicle 'as is' on a Saturday. On Sunday, the vehicle was behaving odd. I called the salesman who sent a tow truck to me at now charge! He was a salesman and this wasn't even his job! That's going above and beyond his duties! The next day, the service department found the issue, fixed it and told me that was also done at no charge to me!! They did all this for free on a vehicle that wasn't even their brand despite the fact that I declined extra maintenance coverage from them when I made the purchase just in case something did go wrong. With some bad luck, something DID go wrong but they took care of the entire situation on their own time and money. That's amazing service and that is very very rare these days in ANY industry. I would (and will) recommend Morrie's Mazda to everyone!

Excellent Buying Experience

I was considering purchasing a mid size SUV, and after some research had narrowed the choices down to the usual suspects. When I visited Morrie's Inver Grove Mazda, I was greeted by Tirso, who patiently answered all my questions about the CX-5 (and I had quite a few). During a test drive, Tirso pointed out all the various features of the Grand Touring model (particularly the lane departure warning system and lane keep assist - which are really great features). As I narrowed down my choices, I would call Tirso with additional questions, who answered all of them honestly and thoroughly. Finally decided the CX-5 was the vehicle I was looking for. The whole buying experience couldn't have been easier, quicker, or more pleasant. Kiki (Finance Mgr.) went through all the optional packages, explaining each of them fully. I'm always wary of this aspect of buying a new car, and haven't always been impressed with the Finance people I've dealt with in the past, but Kiki couldn't have been better or more helpful. I also dealt briefly with the GM (Jesse), who was also pleasant, helpful, and spot on with answers. One final word about my salesperson - Tirso. I've been in sales my entire life, and really respect great salespeople. Tirso is the type of salesperson anyone should hope to get: enthusiastic, friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He made the entire process an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend him!

Our experience in buying an Audi S3 from this store couldn't have been any better! The general manager Pete and sales consultant Dustin went far above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and we were fully satisfied with our new car. Pete, you're clearly running a fantastic operation. We've bought our last three vehicles from Morrie's and we'll never go anywhere else. Used Car Not Inspected as Stated - Now a Money Pit

We bought a used 2003 Nissan Altima from them in August as a second car for my household for my son to drive, and it has been nothing but problems. There has been a massive amount of problems, where I have had to pay out $1,600 in repairs on a car I paid $5,000 for under the Public Before Wholesale program. Repairs were done by a reputable repair shop, and am still dealing with the problems. So far the PCV Hose has been replaced, the power steering pump has been replaced, gasket replaced, and other various repairs. This car was supposedly inspected for any issues when it came to them, and they obviously either didn't inspect it at all, or not in any through manner. We were told that it was well inspected, and by the problems we are dealing with now, that is clearly a lie. I will never buy from them again, and I will insure that everyone I know is aware of their business practices so that they are not subject to this kind of experience.

I am so happy I went to Morrie's Inver Grove for my new 2016 MAZDA CX-5 purchase. I had a very pleasant experience. My sales consultant-Taylor Phillips, as well as the Business Mgr-Isaac Peterson, were phenomenal!! Taylor was so kind and patient; her knowledge of the different models I was comparing was paramount in helping me make the best choice to fit my needs and Isaac guided me through the business end easily and painlessly. I highly recommend Morries's Inver Grove Mazda. I will not hesitate to send friends their way and they will see me again for sure!
