Fast & efficient

onI did some research online before going to the dealership. I gave them my target numbers for my trade-in and what I wanted to pay for the new vehicle and they were able to meet my goals. I purchased a 2012 Mazda Cx9 with navigation & a rear entertainment center (a great investment for the grandkids that we took to the beach after the car purchase). The sales staff was very friendly and the F&I guy was great, too. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

Wonderful Experience at Acadiana Mazda

onWe ended up at Acadiana Mazda after a disappointing experience with a dealer in Baton Rouge. Suffice it to say, when a full tank of gas upon purchase becomes a negotiable item - time to look elsewhere. First contact with Acadiana was via the online contact form on the website and response was received within the hour. Hunter and Denise were awesome! All of our correspondence was via email and phone. Hunter gave us a great price and was very straightforward in explaining charges line by line. We never got that icky feeling of being haggled or pressured. Denise knew we had two toddlers in tow and had everything ready for us upon our arrival - the car was detailed, our credit app had already been processed, and all paperwork was prepared. Literally, all we had to do was sign - and Hunter even kept the kids entertained while we did that! I'm not one to typically write reviews, but this was just a very positive experience overall and these guys deserve the kudos. For anyone in the Baton Rouge area, definitely worth the 45-minute drive for a good deal and a feel-good experience.
