When I looked online and wanted to buy a car I contacted via email and got an answer from Allison. We live in Gillette Wy When we drove to the dealership and I was looking for Allison and the lady( it was Allison I didn't realized that was her) pointed at Scott he will help me. Which Scott helped us with the rest of the process from start to finished. He did an excellent job. However Allisons name was on the sale. I hope Scott got the credit for this.

It was a great experience from day one working with Allison and Brion. I'd been looking for Green Gem F150 for almost a year and found it at White's. I live in Colorado and the truck was in South Dakota. I got a great deal, easy purchasing process, and a video from Allison on how to use my new truck, and they also delivered it to me on transport as part of the deal. It was a memory I will never forget when Gary (the transport driver) backed it off the trailer.

We bought a 2000 dodge grand caravan & the salesman stayed at work to wait for us to get there to sell it to us & we really appreciated all that. I really wish they would've at least given us new tires because the ones on it are really bald. I also wish they would've let us know everything that was wrong with it. They didn't seem to think anything was wrong with it but after getting it home, we noticed there are a few electrical problems & we are unsure if we are going to be able to fix them. Other than that, the service at the dealership was great.

We had tried several dealers in Rapid City and none of them were willing to go to bat for us with credit companies. We found a vehicle we liked at Whites Canyon Ford and they did everything they could to get us financed. Practically everything was seamless and smooth. They were able to get us financed and into a car within 48 hrs from our first inquiry. Mike at Whites Canyon is an excellent salesman and 8 would recommend them to anyone!

These guys want to sell you a vehicle and go above and beyond to do it. Mike was courteous and didn't try to pressure us at all. He answered all our questions and got the paperwork done efficiently. On the financing side, they got me the payment I asked for without trying the, "it is only 10 dollars more a month" hassle. I was done with everything in less than 2 hours and driving home in my new vehicle. These guys are excellent and really work for you the buyer instead of trying to fleece you.

I deal with Brad Hall. He is a personable, polite, well versed young man. He NEVER pressures. He never uses stupid cliches like I have head from other salesmen at other dealerships,like that car was made for you or you look good in car. He is a wonderful ambassador for your company. All of the other employees were equally helpful and professional. I never hesitate to encourage friends to take their business to your company.

I went into this dealership to see about purchasing a truck. I couldn't get anyone to help me for about 15 minutes, while I wandered around their lot looking at trucks. Finally a salesman came over and asked if he could help me. He showed me a few vehicles in which I wanted to test drive a couple of them. We talked about prices and he wouldn't let me test drive a vehicle unless we could come to some sort of price agreement first, which I felt was ridiculous. I walked away to get in my truck and leave and another salesman caught me and asked if he could help me. I thought I would try again to test drive a couple of the trucks I was interested in. I showed him the trucks that I wanted to test drive. He asked me how much I was willing to spend on a truck which I figured wasn't any of his business as I had already chosen a couple of trucks I was interested in, which should have given him some idea of what I wanted to spend. I told him that I would decide that after I could test drive the vehicles I was interested in. We test drove one vehicle and I asked him lots of questions about it and he said that it was a nice truck, one owner, no issues with it . I liked how it felt when I test drove it. I asked if I could see the carfax report on it and he said they don't give them to a customer until they agree on a price and agree to purchase the vehicle. Again, ridiculous! Why would I purchase a vehicle without seeing the carfax report on it first. As I started walking to my truck I told him that he was the 2nd salesman I dealt with and as far as I was concerned they were a joke of a company and I wouldn't deal with them after this. He told me to get in my truck and leave the lot, in which I was already walking that way anyhow. I don't know how they could stay in business! I would not recommend them to anyone.

We always come back to White Canyon Ford for all of our purchases. The Ford Escapes have been our favorite cars and we just purchased the 2015 Ford Escape two days ago. We know we can rely on the best price, the best car and deal with the best people. The salesman is almost like family and he treats us like family too. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone greats you with a smile and you never feel pressured for anything. They always make sure when you leave the lot and after the sale that you are satisfied.

The salesman I dealt with was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable of the car I was purchasing. The car was clean and when we did discover a small problem (tire balancing) my salesman and the service shop resolved the problem in a timely fashion. I am very happy with my purchase and with the service I received.
