Happy with my first Lincoln - Town Motors experience 3 years ago and the services during the lease term. Although it was disappointing to learn that Lincoln no longer provides free regular serving of leased vehicles, Itvwas another good experience leasing again.

The process was seamless. I was returning a prior leased vehicle that had two months left on the lease and was a few thousand miles over allotted mileage. I was able to select a new vehicle with all the features and amenities that I was seeking in a 15 minute meeting with the sales rep, I emailed the credit app and my insurance information and was able to pick up the car in a 40 minute delivery process the next day. The entire process took no more than an hour and a half, the pricing was totally transparent and everything was smooth. I would definitely return to Town Motors for my next vehicle.
