I really like the Aviator that we purchased. We first traded an Explorer limited for an Explorer Timberline, and after a few weeks of driving it, noticed several things missing. For example, the mirrors don't fold, no cubby in the back between the bucket seats, no memory saved adjustment to the seats, and then, we noticed the seats did not have air conditioned seats, just heated. That was a real deal breaker for my husband. So we came back and got the Lincoln. What a great car! It rides so smooth. Reminds me of my old Bonnevilles. The salesman was also great even though he is not Dave Johnson. He did a great job.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and convenience of using Nelson Auto in Fergus Falls. All I have to do that s pull,into Nelson's super convenient drive up door where I'm met with a polite and knowledgeable service technician. I explained that I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. He invited me to leave my keys in my Dodge Durango and have a seat in Nelson's super comfortable customer lounge. Arriving at the lounge, I helped myself to free cookies, popcorn, and cappacino coffee. I busied myself on my iPad since Nelson has free customer wifi while watching the news on a large flatscreen television. Nelson really knows how to make their customers comfortable while waiting for the maintenance they are performing on my Durango. A half hour later I heard my name called out over the company's PA system to inform me that the service was completed and to come to there customer service window to settle my account and pick up my keys. The customer service reps are incredibly friendly and efficient as they quickly go over my documents which outline the service that was performed along with my maintenance inspection report card. A smile and a wave goodby, and I walk out to my recently washed and maintained car. Now that's service! A+++++

Henry Peterson Underwood, MN Came in for oil change and they found bad brake on one side. Here calipers had stuck. Needed to replace caliper and disk brake. Took about 1.5 hrs., but Nelson's had the parts and could get me in without a very long wait. Thanks for catching my problem and fixing it.

Shop staff are fantastic. Parts not so hot. Had to replace fuel pump 3 times before got one that worked. Alternator went bad within a year. Like I said staff is great.,.
