I just want to say that John Miner of your staff is an all star salesman. If anyone needs or wants and vehicle. John Miner is the man to see. Zeigler is a good company. John is in a spot where he can get you what you like. Mopar Zeigler is right next to him and he is located at Lincoln where he can get you BMWs and all kinds of dream cars. I put me in my dream car when no one eles could do it without taking everything I own for trade for down payment. I am always trying to direct people to John.

Jeff Jones (salesman) did a great job explaining the pro and cons of BMW and Lincoln SUVs. I think the manager was a little rude when Jeff was paying attention to his customer the manager is about 10 feet away trying to get Jeff's attention. I informed Jeff that "his boss" was wanting him. Jeff informed me that he could wait, "I am with a customer". That showed Jeff was about the customer experience.

Excellent sales, financing and service

The folks there are great. They put me in the truck I wanted with less than perfect credit. There were even a couple of issues with the truck after I signed and they jumped right on them and made it right... ON A USED TRUCK.. Kudos. I will buy from them again.

Arrogant and aloof sales staff

My first experience with Harold Zeigler in Kalamazoo was back in 2001. I came to their dealership and told them that I was looking for a minivan for under $6,000 cash. The salesperson laughed at me, said, "Good luck," and walked away. Mind you, I wasn't looking for a new van, or even one with tons of options. I just wanted a reliable vehicle for transporting equipment for work. Shocked and disappointed, I left. I went to a different dealership down the road and ended up financing a minivan for $10,000. It's amazing what a better salesperson is able to accomplish. My husband and I returned yesterday (now 7 years later) because we were just visiting dealerships at random to see what was in their used inventory. My husband told the salesperson, "I need a fuel economy car for around $11,000 cash that I can fit into." We both chuckled a bit, as my husband is 6'3" and has a few pounds on him. The salesperson just looked at us (smacking his chewing gum), then said, "I don't think we have anything." We stood there in silence a bit longer. We were puzzled that the salesperson wasn't going to show us ANYTHING. So we just started walking around the lot. None of their cars have prices on them. For each car we inquired on, the salesperson sighed heavily that he'd have to go inside to get the price. He offered no information about any of the cars unless we asked specific questions and we had to drag answers out of him. He was completely uncooperative and acted like we were a complete waste of his time. I understand that they are a BMW dealership, and we were definitely not in the market for one of those, but they DO have a used inventory of many different makes and models. He would still make a commission on an $11,000 car. After looking at 3 cars and sitting in one (not even a test drive), my husband and I decided to just give it up as a bad job. It was like pulling teeth just to get that far. We left feeling very deflated after being treated so demeaningly. I guess it was my mistake to give this dealership a second chance. I won't make the same mistake again.
