Fantastic car buying experience and exceptional service department

The service that I received at McAuley Motors was excellent. Approximately three weeks prior to actually purchasing the vehicle I test drove a couple vehicles. My salesman, Jose was never pushy and did not hound me with phone calls or emails. When I returned last weekend and test drove a few more, I was given excellent customer service again by Jose. Actually financing the vehicle was fast and efficient and the dealer principal, Aron was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend McAuley Motors - they treat you like family, provide great service and fantastic deals. The service department is pretty awesome too, as I have been taking my cars there for over 20 years.

An overall pleasure . This is the third auto I have purchased from this dealership over the past 20 years, and the first NEW one. After looking at other at other vehicles, we came back to McAuleys for the superior service that we have enjoyed over the years. Our final choice was based on the experience we had. Test drives were were gladly provided without any pushy sales pressures. They let the car sell itself. The transaction was quick and professional throughout. So far we are pleased with the model that was selected and the overall experience.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with McAuley Motors! This is a family owned dealership that REALLY treated us like family. Our Sales Consultant, Andy Collins, was friendly and very knowledgeable about our needs, and wants. We started the process by responding to a listing on CarGurus,com. Talking to Andy on the phone, we were able to determine that the Lincoln Navigator was, defiantly, a contender. Based on our experience on the phone, we decided to travel from our home in San Francisco to Merced (over 100 miles). We were NOT disappointed! Both Andy and Aron McAuley answered all of our questions and the vehicle was everything, and MORE. I would not hesitate, for a moment, to recommend that someone makes the trip to Merced and a visit to McAuley Motors. Their staff, and facility, are top notch. They are a pleasure to deal with and TOTALLY dispels the notion of a high pressure, negative experience, auto dealership.

We are from San Jose and called Mc Aulleys and spoke with Jose. They had an MKZ we saw online. I worked with Jose over the phone and we agreed on a GREAT price. We drove down on Saturady and just like Jose had said our MKZ was ready washed with a full tank. Jose showed us all the goodies on the MKZ and was verey nolagable. This was absolutly the best experiance me and my wife have ever had purchasing a car. No Upsale No hassle No further negotiation. The price agreed upon over the phone no less was the price we bought it for. If you want to be treated right and fair then this is the place for you.

Unbelievable customer service

Our experience with McAuley was top notch. We found a car online that they had in stock. Called and asked to come see it. They stayed two hours past closing to accomodate us (we were driving from Visalia). We got there, test drove the car, signed the paperwork and drove away within half an hour. Thank you, Jose, for your great customer service and Matt for staying and running the paperwork for us. Additionally, there was just one little thing wrong with our CPO MKX and before we could call them, they called US to let us know they had the part and would get it to us ASAP. Just a really great experience! Thank you!
