My wife just purchased a beautiful used vehicle from their lot, and everything during the entire process was done in a respectable and professional manner. Mikhail (Mike) was great to work with in sales. He was able to answer every question, was very transparent, and was simply a pleasure to work with. He did everything he could to keep us happy and get us the price we wanted to pay. Happy wife. Happy Life.

My girlfriend and I had a very pleasurable experience purchasing a new Lexus ES 350 at Thompson Lexus of Willow Grove. My three year lease of a 2015 ES was ending soon and we stopped by to ask questions about leasing a new Lexus. I am a Florida resident and wanted to know about purchasing in Pennsylvania, but registering in Florida and also to see what the 2018 ES looked like. We arrived on a slow Friday morning and was greeted by salesman Gary Koch. Low key and pleasant, Gary answered all our questions and offered to show us a 2017 ES of our choice. An end-of-the-year rebate would lower my lease payment and I would still get all of the bells and whistles of a 2018. Not expecting to purchase when we walked in, we went home to think about the deal. After negotiating over the phone Gary and I came to an agreement and we returned on Monday to lease my new car. All of the other staff we dealt with, Sales Manager, Vehicle Delivery Specialist, Business Manager and service personnel, were extremely courteous and pleasant and made what is usually a stressful purchase very easy. The dealership is only six months at this location. A modern facility, the service area is enclosed so that in inclement weather you can drive in and walk into the waiting area without being exposed to the weather. Coffee, cookies, bagels and cream cheese await the hungry. I would recommend this dealer without hesitation.
