Happy with my new Lexus!

I appreciated being able to check out the cars without a sales person “”hovering”. When I was ready to get more information, I was introduced to wonderful sales consultant, Frank, who made the whole process stress and hassle free! He was very knowledgeable, and I knew I was in good hands. Lexus of Orange Park also provided complementary lunch, which was a nice surprise. This the first time I have been to a Lexus dealership and they did not disappoint. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Our first experience at this dealership and cannot say enough good about it. Brett provided professional, timely and friendly service. While we waited they provide breakfast for you if you are hungry. When our service was completed we met with Aubrey who help us with some of our technical questions, he was very helpful in answering all our questions plus. All in all it was a outstanding event.

Lexus of Orange Park never lets you down. I was greeted upon arrival. I met my service attendant promptly. He gave me a quote on the service needed and a time frame. Very efficient. The car was cleaned and washed. Brett attached my 2023 license tag for me. Great customer service!

It all started with the car letting me know it was time for servicing it. This was followed by email from dealership letting me know it was time for 35k service. Ease of appointment- call, get a time, get a loaner if needed, get an email with all appointment’s details: scheduled time, service tech, work to be done. Upon arrival I decided I didn’t need a loaner car but the tech, Justin, said that to be proactive he would process all the necessary paperwork in case I changed my mind. I appreciated that. I connected to the internet on the counter table located in their larger wait area and was able to plug my computer, charge my phone and connect to internet. I was ready to do my job. Late on Justin came to revise the email I had received or an X-ray of my car. He discussed all the options with me and I agreed to some - not all - the work, and he gave me an estimate of when the work might be done. I realized I had a 2h wait but it allowed me to finish my work and speak to Ms. Sandra in the sale department. By now, the people who work here know my face. They are all very friendly. The dealership manager came by and said hello and made me feel welcomed. There were lots of other people waiting for their cars but everyone seemed relaxed while enjoying drinks available to clients- coffee of various flavors, coke machine, milk, OJ- and yogurts and other snacks as well as a kitchen that serves breakfast and lunch and you can get a BLT, melted tuna or grilled cheese or salad. Amazing! Overall experience A+.

Pleasant and seamless

Pleasant and friendly staff. They will do all that they promise to during the sales pitch. I am using the valet service for my service maintenance visits. They are prompt and professional but also very friendly. Service maintenance is very thorough and they keep you informed throughout the process. The best customer service I have seen in a very long time.

I purchased a used car from Lexus of Orange Park and my experience was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Cherry, my sales associate, was more than kind and helpful with all the needs of buying a car. She wasn't harsh or pushy like other associates from other dealerships and worked with me to get the best deal for the car. Highly recommend!!

Exceptional Customer Service

Cherry is a breath of fresh air. We live pretty far from Jacksonville so naturally we had a lot of questions before making such a big purchase. Cherry politely and professional answered them all. There was never any pressure to purchase. Cherry also made herself available by call, text, or email - because of this the entire process was a breeze. When one of our neighbors asked about our new Lexus we gave her Cherry’s information and said Lexus of Orange Park “is definitely worth the drive - just make sure you ask for Cherry” When we got to the dealership the vehicle was already upfront for our test drive. Since Cherry and I worked out all of the numbers in advance there was no pressure or awkward haggling. The paperwork was a breeze and Cherry went above and beyond to make us feel special.

I was extremely satisfied with Mrs. Crane as usual. Her customer service experience is impeccably professional and courteous. She goes out of her way to make the client feel as if they are a valued member of the Lexus organization. I would recommend "The Fields Experience" to anyone. However, she is the icon for that experience.
