Best Lexus Dealer in Southern California!

I was looking for a 2019 RX350 FSport in White with Red Interior/Panoramic Moonroof/Mark Levinson/Triples Beam Head Light, which is extremely rare. I was dealing with Lexus Dealers of Newport (largest Lexus in Orange County), San Diego, Carlsbad, El Cajon, and Westminster (Little Saigon) but no one has this car in stock. No one willing to “go extra mile” to sell me this car. I contacted Twee Hayes and within 8 hours, I bought my dream car from her. Twee went the “extra mile” to delivery my car from another dealer which located 80 miles away, through the traffic of Los Angeles. I am extremely happy with Twee’s dedication and professionalism. She makes me think of Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible! I also extremely happy with South County Lexus’s staff. It is a “happy ending” for me because I wanted to purchase this car as a XMAS present for my wife. Thank you very much to Twee and her staff. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Best Dealership and Best Car

I test drove 5 others cars at 5 other dealerships, but nothing out beats Lexus. Ted is an awesome sales man, he's like family always keeps in touch and is not pushy. Daven goes above and beyond when you need service. You can even text him. The finance guy is so nice and quickly gets you through. I highly recommend South County Lexus.

If you go there, ask for Teddy, he is an amazing and very resourceful sales agent. My fear was getting pressured and hearing sales scripts to try and squeeze me for every penny, but I did not get that from Teddy, he was very patient and listened to us to make our deal work. Great job Teddy

Great, no frills, car buying!

Went in to South County Lexus a few minutes before closing the Sunday before Memorial Day weekend. It was a last minute decision to look at a pre-owned car. Was greeted by Michael Irkhin and we went straight to do the test drive. No heavy sales pitch, he just let me drive. I liked the car and we went straight to the purchase details, my trade in information, and financing. The whole process was straight forward and with no pressure. Finished up the deal and still got to enjoy the Memorial Day. Very friendly and courteous staff. Very professional folks.

My wife and I have had good experiences with Toyota and Lexus products for the past 11 years. Her 2007 IS250 was starting to experience multiple service issues so we decided that it would be better for us to obtain a new IS, rather than invest resources in an aging vehicle.

Very Pushy

These salespeople were very pushy. I wanted to purchase the Lexus, they were very nice, but they were very pushy to try to buy extra stuff that I did not want. They wasted my time and extended the time I spent in their showcase so they could pressure me into buying stuff that I already did not want. Also, my salesperson seemed to be on the boundary of being racist. He made many inappropriate remarks about Asians and women that were not funny. I still bought the car because the car was a good deal. But the people were pretty bad. There are many other Lexus dealerships, I would go there first.

Amazing Car Experience

I have to just start off by saying that I usually dread buying cars, but that has completely changed due to Brigina and South County Lexus at Mission Viejo. We purchased a certified preowned Lexus from Brigina and I have to say, she was the nicest and most accommodating person I have ever worked with. She and the team at South County Lexus went above and beyond to make the whole purchase experience smooth, fast, and super enjoyable. We live far away and she even FaceTimed with me to show me the car and she and the team went out of their way to deliver the car to us and make it so convenient since my wife was pregnant and we couldn't make the trip to them. I have to say their service and customer relations is absolutely top notch. I definitely recommend them and thank them for the wonderful experience.

We found the car online while searching for a L certified Lexus GX. Greg the online sales manager was great to deal with. We flew all the way from Washington State to pick up the car and saved thousands by doing it. It also made for a fun road trip up the coast.
