This was the first time that I have bought a car at a car lot and it was nice the salesman wasn't obnoxious at all, he wasn't trying to upsell me on something I didn't want

My salesperson Ryan Berlandi knew his product line so well and he worked so hard to find exactly the right Kia for me. I enjoyed the buying process because of his expertise and his professionalism. And I feel like I've bought an incredible SUV. The Kia Sorento is just perfect for my lifestyle and this particular Sorento has everything I was looking for.

Everyone was friendly and helpful without being pushy. I liked that Vance took a long time to help us in setting up our music and phones and going over all the information about our car. It is so nice that we can come in for free service and car washes!

I went to Jerry Smith Kia in Burlington just to look at the new Kia Soul. Our salesperson Joe M. actually let us get out of our car and didn't smother us right away like all the rest of the dealerships we have been to. He really showed us the value of the soul and now we are proud new owners. Thank you Joe and thank you Jerry Smith Kia for such a great buying experience!!!

My experience with the Burlington Jerry Smith dealership was pleasant and professional. Joe M., the sales rep who walked me through the process was friendly, knowledgeable and left out the phoney pressure & rhetoric most car competitors insist on using. Joe was very helpful in pointing out the pros and cons of each vehicle so I could then feel educated about the choice I made. I would highly recommend Joe Molitor and Jerry Smith Kia!

2013 Sorento Purchase

I would highly recomment this dealership. We live in Marysville and tried to purchase from a local dealer, after 3 hours and all the games we walked out. I called Ted the next morning at Jerry Smith in Bellingham. They were very good and had confirmed numbers to us right away. They had to locate a vehicle and drive to Olympia to get it. We drove up signed paper work with numbers as agreed. All automobile purchases should be this quick and easy. If your looking for a Kia in Puget Sound I would give them a call, it's worth the trip.

This is a nice dealership. I am still shopping but met a very knowledgable salesman "korey" who knew the product and the competitors product well. I was not planning on buying a Kia but thanks to Korey's no pressure approach I think I will go back and buy an Optima.
