We highly recommend Hernstien Motors located in Chillicothe Ohio. We had just travelled a long 5 day 3,000 miles from California to Chillicothe Ohio on a job transfer. Our car broke down on the way and we needed to buy an inexpensive car to start work in two days. A nice sales lady "Faith" showed us an affordable used car and made us a good buy. We quickly closed the deal but the car broke down on the way home. One call and the Dealership assured us they would make it right. "Jeff" the General Manager took charge and exchanged the vehicle for a much better one, which was priced higher- for the same money! It turned out to be the best car we've ever owned and we love it! We are very grateful to Jeff for treating us so fairly. More importantly Faith and Jeff treated us like we were somebody. We are just plain simple everyday people, but they went above and beyond for us like we were special. Never before has a General Manager taken the time to be so personally involved. We have not seen such great customer service anywhere, and it is very much appreciated. Sincerely... Steve & Debbie
