My name is Dave and last Thursday I met a sales person from Matt blast his name is mr. Stanford baddley we spoke about me getting a vehicle and and a good deal after giving mr Stanford my information in about two hours he called and said he had the perfect suv for me. I told him that I could come down to Toms River since I was working and my only day off was Sunday to my great surprise the kind gentleman said he will bring the suv to me yes he did bring the car for for along with the paperwork I test drove the suv and loved it Mr Stanford took care off everything and also delivered the suv the next few days I was so happy with the service from mr Stanford and his dealership This guy went way beyond the call off service to accommodate and help me to get my vehicle I truly loved his service and dedication to me and my family as a customer I would rate a 1000 % for all he has done and will recommend him to everyone that needs a vehicle Great job to mr Stanford baddley and his dealership 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Wonderful buying experience! After looking at a few comperable crossover models from different dealerships, I walked into Matt Blatt Kia, not expecting to settle on a car. After a few hours with Stanford, who took me on a very fun (and fancy) test drive in a Kia Soul, I felt comfortable and hoping to make a deal I could afford. Stanford and Phil did a whole lot of negotiating, but we finally came to a deal and I couldnt be happier! Thank you to Stanford and Phil and everyone at Matt Blatt Kia for making this stressful time, a little less stressful and even fun...and doing all you could to get me the color I wanted!

Bait and Switch at Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River

A word of caution when stepping foot into Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River: Be on your toes!!! They tried to swindle us right to our face, not once, but twice! Its pretty safe to say that Ill never buy another Kia, and its VERY safe to say that Ill never step foot into another Matt Blatt dealership. First, they ran a classic BAIT and SWITCH on me and my wife. Then, they withheld the best available interest rates even after we asked them time and again if better rates are available. Heres what happened on the Bait and Switch. We told Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River we were interested in a 2016 only, not a 2017. So what did they do? They knowingly test drove us in a 2017 without telling us, so we would think that our 2016 had all of the new and added features of the 2017, which of course it didnt. We negotiated with them for 2 days, all the while thinking were buying a different car than what they were going to sell us. Thank goodness my wife requested one last test drive before we signed, and she noticed their deceitful tactics. She called them on it right away. Their response: Oh, you want the 2017 then, thats more money. WOW! Then there was the matter of the interest rate. We said to them at least 5 times that we wanted a lower interest rate. Every time, they said 3% was the lowest rate you can get. We then did a simple google search and the first result that came up was 0% financing available now on a new Kia. The managers response: Oh yeah, we can do that for you. Again, wow! Needless to say, we walked out and then complained pretty heartily. The general manager Joe invited us back so he could personally apologize for the tactics. But, basically he did that to make himself look and feel better. He wanted nothing to do with doing the right thing. I foolishly thought that they would honor the deal they made with us and sell us the car they told us we could buy for the price we negotiated. His response: I could do that, but I dont want to. It would cost us too much money to do that. But, I'd be happy to get you a new price for the 2017! No thanks, Joe. Good bye Joe. Good bye Matt Blatt. And good bye Kia. And there you have it folks, integrity is nothing more than a dollar sign at Matt Blatt Kia. Good thing theres a 1000 other dealerships that dont have the words Matt Blatt or Kia in them for my family to go to from now on. BUYER BEWARE!!!
