bait and switch

by rippedoff12 on 10/17/2017

This morning(10/17/2017) at about 9.30 am I called Nashua Kia [contact information removed] and spoke to Zack for 9 minutes confirming the 3 cars below with stock numbers, names and prices as listed on the Kelly Blue Book website were correct and available. The website states the information valid through 10/19 2017. Zack told me these prices depended on whether I was a recent graduate or a military veteran. I said we were neither, just retired seniors and that I would not come into the dealership if the referred cars and prices were unavailable. Zack, told me I would get the price stated on whichever car I wanted from the three; that the cars were available and that I should speak to Craig the Manager when I went in. At 11 am we went to the dealership. Bob the sales rep said Craig was off that day; that the Sorento and one of the Kia Sportages had been sold 3 days ago; that the Kia still in the showroom had a hold placed on it that very morning, The business manager told me Craig would call me. I called at 12 39pm Craig said the Sorento had not been on the lot since September; that the Kia had sold last week and the second Kia had sold that very morning. However he had two Sportage Exs but they cost more.

Leasing provides affordable monthly pymnts at a high price

by DaisyinNashua on 02/08/2017

Never leased a vehicle before, after all said and done reviewed lease contract at home found leasing cost $695 acquisition fee, $500 rent fee $400 end of lease fee. This is in addition to Full MSRP which includes $895 freight to dealer charge. Never saw the vehicle or MSPR window sticker until after completion of lease signing. I felt as though I was on welfare in that the dealer selected vehicle and determined agreed upon price. Told sales rep. did not want vehicle, blk on blk vehicle with 65 miles on it, his reply was I saw it you will like it. I was a old trusting fool, dealer took full advantage, now I will pay literally & figuratively for the next three years. Not looking forward to end of lease return cost.
