I came into ALM Kia South with my grandma to help her purchase a new vehicle and the customer service we received was exceptional to say the least. AJ was our salesperson and he helped us through every step of the way. He was patient and answered all of our questions accurately and thoroughly. Purchasing a car is a timely process but he made it painless. Jawon was our delivery specialist and took his time explaining all of the various features to my grandma. He made her feel very comfortable about her new purchase & taught her all the bells and whistles. I am grateful for the experience they gave us & will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

Nice facility and lots of cars on the lot (I think around 1000). I wanted to buy a new Sorento and it was ready when I pulled up. Entire process was smooth and didn’t feel any pressure. Icing on the cake was the delivery where Jawon made sure I knew everything about the car before I left the dealership. Shout out to everyone. Will definitely come back.

Saw some negative reviews so was wary at first but as soon as I stepped in the dealership everything changed. Bunch of the most friendly staff you’ll ever see at a car dealership. Receptionist Qui was awesome directed me toward my sales person Nicole who already had pulled up the car for me before I got there. Entire transaction went smooth and icing on the cake was Jawon who explained all the features of the car was patient while doing that and although I bought a used BMW it was nothing short of a new car buying experience. Definitely will come back and recommend my friends and family.

Blown away by the sheer size an number of new and preowned cars they have. I knew exactly what I wanted abs right from when I got there till I left after all paperwork was done it was pleasant all way long. Very professional and kudos to the entire staff - PS best popcorn I’ve had in a while ;)

I was upside down big time on my car but they got me done on a Brand new Kia Soul with 0 down - that was fantastic. They were patient and finally I got to leave in a brand new car. Amazing service throughout never made me feel I couldn’t get done. Ask for Sabrine and Ralph when you get there - they’ll get you taken care of.
