Worst dealership, [non-permissible content removed]

LA Ann 3 reviews 10 hours ago One star is too much for this place. They sold us a car that has had nothing but issues since we purchased it. First was steering wheel alignment, second was a dead battery less than a week after purchasing and then a coil problem and now the engine needs to be replaced due to the car burning oil too fast. We have had this car since December. It is only the beginning of May. They are trying to blame it on the place where we took the car for the oil xchange however its not thier fault. We are now stuck with a $8000 balance of payments for a car that does not work and they will not fix it bc they said we are over our warranty. Originally when we brought this car in for this problem we were still under warranty. Ive asked for the General Manager to call me and no calls as of yet. This was our first vehicle and worst experience ever. We cant afford to have the engine replaced and they wont replace it and we have only had the car for less than 6 months and it has been in for non stop repairs since driving off the lot. I am going to have to get a lawyer involved now to help us out with this rip off. Very unfair ! I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and also contacting a attorney for suit. This will get ugly since we have been ripped off. This car was under warranty when we originally brought it in for this issue and they at that time said it was fine and just needed oil. This car has had this issue since purchase clearly.

worst experience ever!!!

Trust me when they say Kia will show you the power to surprise you with dynamic HIDDEN FEEs and HORRIFYING experiences that go beyond your expectations. Read my story below. So I got a new car from this dealership Kia Optima S 2018 (224/227) test driven miles on April 7, 2018. We negotiated a price of approximately 23k for the vehicle and I was very firm on my monthly payments and what I expected to pay the sales person Ian he didn't tell me that it was a firm final offer. So I sign everything and get everything settled and stuff I get called on (04/12/2018) being told the bank won't approve for the length of my term but that I got a lower interest rate and better offer. So this is from TJ finance manager i get in and guess what? Not the finance manager nor the sales person who sold me the car would speak to me, Chris a person I've never met, tries to negotiate with me and tells me the price is gonna be well over $400 a month I told them this isn't what I negotiated and looking at the total price for 72 months the car comes out to over 30k... that's almost 10k more, how are they going to charge me that much? They didn't even bother explaining anything to me, so I said no, what are my options? he didn't give me any, so I did what any reasonable person would do... I took my stuff from the car and gave them the keys, and walked to Honda. So now they are giving me the run around about my downpayment. Seriously, stay away from this dealership. Check out the reviews from BBB and online these aren't lies. They are [non-permissible content removed] and try to add hidden fees. So if it's possible look elsewhere. Returning the vehicle was the best decision I made in my life. Go to Honda or anywhere else, they have Kia's there. If anyone is doubting I kept copies of everything and I do hope this review helps others to realize that the car they have they can return if you're bullied into a deal you know that you can't afford, you have time to return it, read the fine detail it's there. Please be aware and know it's possible. Take YOUR hard earned money and time elsewhere where they will value you, clearly Kia doesn't. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and the company and leaving reviews on all social platforms. Thanks Kia for allowing me to have the best experience over at Honda 1333 E Camelback Rd and making me realize that Kia isn't worth the time.

Not worth your time

Promised Starbucks to my family if I came in. Told them my situation and they said they had new management that could help me. Eric sales guy was young nice to deal with. However new manager could not help us wanted money down and I owed to much on my trade. Wanted to to know if we would " let our car go back to the bank". I would never advise this you end up paying the difference once the bank auctions your car off. So unless you have cash in hand don't bother. Also my kids were unhappy they didn't get their starbucks thanks for nothing.

I spoke to the sales person, Antwione And he was extremely helpful in all the questions we asked about the new Kia Sorento. I am totally Happy with my experience at Camelback Kia and my Sales Rep Ivan.. Love my new Kia Optima, and everyone was wonderful to deal with.. Ivan, the finance manager, everyone was so nice and helpful! I Love my Kia! :)

Played Frustrating Games

Tried to buy a used van from them. Price they quoted was five grand over book. I tried to negotiate, but they tried every greasy, manipulative trick in the book. Could have gotten price down to reasonable, but I gave up because I didn't want to work with them.

WARNING DON'T BUY a CAR from CAMELBACK KIA

GO to Mark Kia- I just bought a new Forte there 9/23/15 - See Uncle Abdul and mngr Mark Belsanti - honest, tight clean info- They want to sell cars HONESTLY- I've been looking since the end of May, so listen up- I contacted the Attorney General, so they finally HAD TO give me my prepaid credit cards- I had a deal in place for a Kia at Camelback, and as I stated many times to them, the car had to have CRUISE and KEYLESS entry. the vehicle I CLEARLY STATED I was interested in was to have CRUISE and KEY LESS entry. Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. 2015 KIA Soul

We saw the sale site on line for many KIA Souls on line from Camelback KIA for $15,135 and I contacted the internet sales rep via email and was told that I could get the one that I wanted OTD for $15,385 with 66 months of KIA financing for 66 months. We wanted a manual to flat tow. I could have gotten my own financing but we figured getting theirs approved prior to going to purchase would make the process easier. We were told the financing was all approved and would receive a copy of the additions to the vehicle and breakdown of cost. We had been contacted once by phone by the sales rep and once by the finance person and were promised the documents via email. Neither emailed nor sent anything pertaining to the purchase. When we arrived to sign the finance that was supposed to be approved and would take a few minutes took 2 hours plus we were contacted ½ hour after being there from the credit bureau due to a fraud alert. So credit was not preapproved or any paper work prepared. We do love the car and it is growing on us but the sales persons will promise the world but NEVER deliver. We were told that they needed one of our DD214s even though we provided retired ID cards and copies. We were promised a $100 gas card and we would receive an email telling us how it would come. Nothing has been received and NO emails after the sale acknowledging receipt of the DDD214s or our questions. I wouldn’t trust anything that there sales people tell you! But of course they rave that Buffet owns all of these dealerships and they are the largest and cheapest…..big deal!!!! After the sale sucks and lies are common….but I was expecting some lies as they are salesmen!

Camleback Kia F Rating at BBB !!! Believe It!

I was going to file a grievance at the Arizona Better Buisness Bureau for Camelbak Kia's bait and switch tactics, but they already have the worst reviews I've ever seen there. They advertise to give a $25 Visa voucher BUT they had NONE. Luring people in on false promises is WRONG.

BEWARE OF CAMELBACK KIA !!

I had a deal in place for a Kia at Camelback, and as I stated many times to them, the car had to have CRUISE and KEYLESS entry. the vehicle I CLEARLY STATED I was interested in was to have CRUISE and KEY LESS entry. Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, a slick young gal, Tracy Rick, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. She then askedto upgrade to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry Camelback Kia gave your brand a bad name . Love my new optima

I came into Camelback Kia just to look at an Optima, because I had heard a lot about them but was sure I would not qualify because my credit is not the best.... I was surprised to learn that not only was I approved to buy a car but I qualified for a brand new one! The staff was super helpful and educated me about all of the technology the car had to offer. I am thrilled about my new car and the experience I had at this dealership.
