OK until they find out you are not ready to buy today

Looked at Grand Cherokee models, salesman "Pappa" showed us next model up than what we looked for. Hinted that you get more for you money buying next level if you planned to add options to chosen model. Test drive was good up to the point where he found out that we were not prepared to buy today even though we told him this upfront. He left us at the front door of the dealership and didn't even offer us a business card. No introduction to the sales manager (typical in my area), no call me if you have any questions. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If the presale experience is any indication of what to expect from this salesman/dealership, I doubt you will get any better support after the sale

Like everyone, I hate going to buy a truck and, before buying here, I've always left the dealership feeling violated. I can't say enough good things about Jarvis in sales and James in finance. They made buying a pleasure and my wife and I left with a smile on our faces. No buyers remorse whatsoever. They were straight up with us on pricing, no run around, shenanigans, or fees we weren't told about up front. I will always shop these guys first. A+ from me. We even got to meet the owner, who was a great guy, very personable and down to earth. By far the best vehicle buying experience of my lifetime.
