Chrysler Pacifica warranty repair

This issue now 15 mth in process and still not solved First time diagnosis failed, this July finally diagnosed and a replacement part ordered I was supposed to be called when coming - no call ever occurred, tried to contact service department my, mo one ever picked up the phone nor responded voice mails nor internet contacts. So Muhammad had to go the mountain - the only way to get the status was to go to dealer to find out that the part arrived weeks ago Next attempt failed again - the part was incorrect And now the part distribution center is on strike - so the limbo just continues

Wrong part and terrible customer services

Twice I went to get a seatbelt buckle replace.. the first time I sat and waited 3 hours when the realize they order the wrong part..the initial service technician Robert order the driver side seatbelt instead of the passenger side and wrote it wrong on the service ticket also. so Anthony the other service tech supposed to have order the passenger seatbelt buckle the correct one and told me it will be there in 4 days and that he will call me. two weeks went by and I haven’t heard back from them about the buckle arriving I called them.. Anthony stated to me that he was about to call me to let me know it has arrived. I don’t believe that for a second because in the past had to call them about things when they was supposed to call me back. So when I went to get the seat buckle replace today.. I informed Robert the service tech that I was told my part came in and to make sure it’s for the passenger seat buckle because I sat for 3 hours the last time for nothing because he order the driver side that was the wrong part..once again I sat for 4 hours when I was the second person there at 7:30am when they first open up like the last time I was there. it’s crazy they don’t do appointments any more it’s first come first serve but u could be the first one there and u always waiting hours for something so simple to get done and u see people that came way after u leave before u.when they final finished my car Robert then informed me I had to pay my warranty deductible when on my initial visit he said my deductible was include in my final price of $2100 bill because at that time they also had to fix a engine mount that was also cover under my warranty: he deny it stated he didn’t remember saying that but show me on the receipt copy that it wasn’t included..i told him he did say my deductible was included on my previous bill of $2100 on my initial visit and all I had to do was to come back have it install that why I was under the impression I didn’t have to pay any money today.. at this time ask for to speak to the service manager. I informed the service manager joe about them ordering the wrong part and how I sat for 4 hours until they discover it was the wrong part my last visit. how his service tech told me that I paid my deductible on my initial visit and all I had to come back to get the seatbelt buckle put on when it come in.. I informed him how unacceptable the services I have been receiving.. he said all I can do is give u a free oil change.. it was no sincerity in his voice at all.. no apologies for the service I have received as a customer. I receive completely nothing but attitude from joe when it came to the regards of the bill I had to pay that was 106 dollars. due to his response I informed him I will be taking my car to another jeep dealership and this will be the last time I spend my money here. So when I went out to my car to leave I check the passenger seatbelt buckle and saw that it was the same one on and that they replace the driver side buckle which was the wrong one. after I explicit said to Robert the service technician to check before they do anything to my car that it was indeed the passenger seat buckle they have in because they order the wrong part which was the driver side before and had me wait for nothing..he said he will definitely check before they do anything to my car.. so after I discovering this I went back in ask Robert what seatbelt did they replace because it look like the driver side was replace after I told u that was wrong part and to make sure the passenger buckle was the part was there that Anthony reorder due the driver seatbelt buckle was the wrong part.: the only thing robert said was I’m sorry what can I do after he ask the technician in the back and confirm they did replace the driver buckle.so I said was true it was the driver seatbelt buckle they replace..I ask for joe again and explain to him they replace the wrong buckle after I specifically ask Robert to make sure it was the passenger seat buckle they have to install because they driver seatbelt buckle is the wrong one and Anthony told me the correct one has arrived there:: I show joe the service manager the service receipt where it stated the wrong part was order and he order the correct part and that he will call the customer when it comes in.. so joe went to back to see if the passenger seatbelt buckle was there and lord and behold it was no where to be found but some how the still have the wrong seatbelt buckle that could be find:: smh.at this point I explain to joe that two of his employee lie to the customer once when he said he reorder the part and secondly when he said he will check to make sure it the right part before they do anything to my car.. this is the second time I came to get a service done and sat for 4 hours this time instead of 3 hours and did not get the service I paid for due to your staff unprofessionalism..the service manager never apologized all he said what do I want him to do? He could order the part and I will have to comeback.. are u kidding me ! No apologies nothing but he think a free oil change will fix this poor service I received.. I think they was hoping I didn’t notice for they wouldn’t take a loss on the wrong part they order. once the correct seatbelt finally come in and they put it on. cause i really have no choice at this point because I already paid for it.. my relationship with this dealership will be done.I will never take my car there again because I do not trust the service technician and the service manager. They are incompetent and unprofessional and their customer’s service is poor. due to their service department I will never buy another car for Reedman and tolls again..

Nice waiting area. Free Wi-Fi, comfortable seats. It’s first come first served - in Cadillac it was by appointment, so didn’t have to wait, from the other side, here I can show up whenever I want . Would be nice if they had a better coffee machine and free snacks in the waiting area

Repair of tires

Sales advisor Anthony. Car was taken for 2 new set of tires. Our call assistant said it was covered by warranty because it had low mileage. I received a called from Anthony at 8 am asking reason why car was taken. I explained to him over the phone, he said he will give me a call back. As the day went by I called him back at noon because I haven’t herd from him. Receptionist told me he was on lunch break to leave a message and he will give me a call when he return. Two hours went by and I still didn’t hear from him. He then gave me a called 15 min prior closing to give me an estimate. His customer service is horrible. Overall gave me an attitude because I didn’t agree with the estimate or service that had to be done. He kept saying I don’t think thats a good idea. He waited last minute to respond to my issues and concerns. Stood quiet and pretend he didn’t understand anythIng i said to him.

My service at the dealership was amazing but trying to get an appointment and get a hold of someone to discuss my car’s issues prior to coming in was terrible. No one would call me back.
