Product Specialist, Hugo Trejo did a fantastic job helping us fine the exact Jeep we were looking for! But Why are they missing a ⭐️? I can hear you asking. Well the way we see it, the sales manager, Steve screwed this 5 star review. Like I said, Hugo was great, he even delivered the Jeep to my house before we put anything down or financed the purchase! When I spoke with Steve on our first visit I understood that it was a no haggling price, but I do know they are able to toss in some accessories as part of the deal. I worked at a dealership years ago and know what the deal is in selling vehicles. for a few bucks worth of beefier tires Steve could have made this a 5 star review. Instead, when I went in to pay a very time consuming amount of cash for them to count, Steve wouldn’t even toss in those tires. Anyway, I paid the price they were asking, I bought the extended warranty, and a deal called the Park Promise, but hear this Park Jeep owners and customers Steve is old school salesperson, makes you think those new tires are a good possibility of happening when in fact he is a typical car salesman from back in the day. We worked with Hugo Trejo at Park Chrysler Jeep to buy a 2020 Jeep Cherokee. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable! He was a top notch salesman from start to finish. He was transparent all the way through the process. He kept us informed and gave updates as our new vehicle was getting cleaned and ready for the sale. He checked in multiple times to make sure we knew we weren't forgotten. He offered to buy us lunch multiple times and said we could come back another time and he'd buy lunch. I would highly recommend to ask for him when looking for a vehicle. When we left the dealership he made sure all of our questions were answered and even hopped in the car with us to help us get our phones set up with Uconnect. He made sure we were comfortable with our purchase and did not put pressure on us to buy something more high priced. The only negative about the process was when we were with the finance guy, I don't remember his name. He was full of pressure about buying extra add ons. He was not going to take NO for an answer and seemed frustrated with us for not taking extras. Hugo gets 5 stars and comes highly recommended! I would rate the customer service provided by the finance person (don't remember his name) a 2.

Had to find a car quickly and after stopping at multiple dealerships... I was convinced I'd have to keep looking or settle on a vehicle that worked but one that I didn't necessarily love. But luckily, I landed on a 2017 Jeep Renegade online and sure enough it was available! I walked right in the door and was assisted by Abby France right away! She was absolutely terrific throughout the entire process and shared all of the info she had on the car; answered specific questions I had on this vehicle and was very knowledgable. She really just knows her stuff about these cars. There weren't any awkward conversation fillers or time wasters... they were fast and made my job easy. I am overjoyed with my new vehicle... the drive, the service, and comfort. Since I chose to get certified pre-owned, other comforts come with that too! Drove it home and smiled from ear to ear. Glad I bought from them!

WOW!!! We were truly impressed with Park Chrysler Jeep dealership in Roseville, MN. We had immediate attention from Ryan Walters from when we stepped into the dealership at 9:30 am until he was outside waving as we left the dealership at 4:30 pm. He knew everything about the Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit we were buying so he does his homework. He kept us constantly informed about the status of our upcoming purchase and guided us through everything. We could have been sleeping the whole time. Jay Horn was another dealership MVP. I equate his abilities as a Business Manager to a fine shoe cobbler producing customized form fitting shoes or boots. He tailored our financial obligation for the vehicle and extended warranty until it fit our expectations. The whole Park Chrysler Jeep dealership team were very friendly and made you feel like one of their family members. It is definitely a family oriented business and I see why it has been around so long selling a successful product. We are very impressed by 5eir family atmosphere. Even one of the owners came over and we talked quite a while about family, Jeeps, and life experiences with Jeeps, trips or anything. We would definitely recommend them to everyone that is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.

I was in the market looking for a Jeep for the last few months and had visited several other dealerships. When I stopped at Park Chrysler Jeep I was treated like a family member. Craig Schroeder was my sales person and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. The day I took deliver of the Jeep, I noticed a small crack in the windshield after getting home. Terrible dealership, both sales and service. Park Chrysler Jeep of Burnsville sold me a pre-owned 2016 Jeep Cherokee with pre-existing but hard to notice damage. I later discovered that the luggage rack was loose, and in fact, lifted right up off of the roof of the car. Still under 3 year factory warranty and took it in to the service dept. to be fixed. Received wonderful lip service on remedying the situation and customer satisfaction, but was then told I needed to see the general manager, Steven Davis. Davis stated the factory would not cover it, and the repair cost would have to come out of his own pocket, so he baulked at repairing it. He obtained an estimate from a body shop and offered to pay half. I obtained 2 estimates on my own behalf and they came in twice that of his, but Davis would not budge on the lowest dollar amount. I asked if he would at least throw in a handful of free oil changes, which he said yes, but later did not deliver. Both the sales and service department reflect this skinflint leadership style, where actual customer satisfaction is a matter of making the customer feel good by lip service and not action.
