Bought a new Ram truck, to close the deal, was to get a spray in bed liner. Didn't Happen. Checked my paper work and my rebate was $4000, but their internet rebate listed at $9000.Checked other reviews and found other customer didn't get the rebate that was listed on their web sight., Double check your paper work, get everything in writing. Print the sales offer from there web sight. Document everything in case you have to take legal action.

Liked the cars but they pulled a fast one and switched a 2014 car for the one I was looking at when it came to negotiating. I'm staying away from this dealer.

Ford person buying Chrysler product

All the Fords I test drove that morning hurt my back. We went to this Jeep dealer before going to Honda. Salesman was very patient with us when we chose to drive several Cherokees. They all drove differently {shifting}. Got as best of a deal you really can expect. $600 under the invoice you know of but certainly not their cost. Follow up service has been been good. I would buy from them again.
