Purchased a used (4 year old) vehicle from dealership. Went to refinance it and discovered by finance company that the car had been reported at auction as having frame damage. The dealership said it was an error by the auction; the car had never been in an accident and did not have frame damage. They said the carfax and autocheck reports would be corrected. After more than 2 months of continuous contact with them, the reports are still not corrected. As a result my car is worth about $3000 less for trade.
