Doing an online search I found the 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with the options I wanted at Poway Jeep. The Jeeps with these options were 'in transit' to other dealerships in the area but the one at Poway Jeep was in the available inventory and also had a dealer discount which seemed odd for a brand new model. Thinking this was too good to be true I called ahead to ask if the vehicle was still available and the friendly woman who answered the phone (Isabel) said it was. I went in to take a look at the Jeep that afternoon and committed myself to buying it immediately. They honored the dealer discount and I got a good deal on my trade in and a good price on some additional accessories, an extended warranty, and a maintenance contract. The finance department (Jeff) even beat the terms of my bank's pre-approved auto loan! The salesman (Martin) made the whole purchase experience pleasant and was extremely patient and helpful as we moved my stuff to the new vehicle. The next day I noticed that there were troubling differences with the new maintenance contract compared to my past maintenance contract with a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. When I raised this issue to the finance department (Jeff) he literally bent over backwards to resolve the issue promptly and to my satisfaction. He followed up with me every time he said he would which is a rarity in customer service especially in my experience with previous dealerships. It turns out some features of the maintenance contracts changed from 2010 to 2015 but I was 10,000% satisfied with the resolution we came to. The excellent attitude to customer service extended to my interactions with the service department (Gary), parts department (Joe), and 'The Jeep Guy' (Jim). I've never felt inclined to write a review of a dealership experience but I feel so well taken care of and so amazed at the level of customer service I received that they earned it. Worst car buying experince

One of the worst car buying experiences. After purchasing a pre-owned vehicle that was supposed to have been "rigorously inspected" it turns out both the front and rear breaks and rotors were bad. This car was supposed to have been under manufacturer service contract through BMW but because this dealership replaced the breaks with non manufacturer breaks it nullified this warranty. The BMW dealership told us all of the breaks were bad and it was dangerous to drive this car with these breaks. How can a dealership sell a car that could possibly be hazardous to some one and deny any wrong doing. In the end we payed out of pocket for these to be replaced after they refused and this was a couple of days after purchasing this car. I'll try and get my money back through small claims but beware of this dealership if you're in the market for a car.

Great Service

Went in just for a test drive and talked with Jim. He was a great guy who knew a lot about Jeeps and you could tell he had a passion for the vehicles he was selling. I gave them my budget and they did everything they could to get under what I could afford and I ended up driving away with a brand new 2014 Jeep Wrangler. They were very helpful and the staff was great. I would recommend you give them a chance to make a deal that's right for you.

Breen was the man, he took care of all my car buying needs answered all my questions and acted with nothing less than pure integrity. He took his time and did not waste mine, he was patient and accommodating. He went the extra mile and has built trust for me and my family to be our guy in future car buying endeavors. Everyone in sales made me feel like more than just a customer.

Christian handled my initial call inquiring about the Town & Country. He took down my trade - in information and monthly payment desires and gave it to his mananger. He said he was due to leave shortly but would have Breen show me the car when I arrived. Breen was very thorough in explain all the features of the van. During our perusal, Christian drove over from another part of the dealership to introduce himself before leaving for the day. Breen was engaging and informative during the test drive. Breen waited patiently while negotiations on the final price took place between myself and the manager. Then I met with Jeff in finance. Another thorough job done explaining each of the forms while also maintaining an engaging conversation . Jeff was even able to include 2 options for me while making my payment $2 less. Christian and Breen both called me this morning to see how everything was and make sure I had all I needed. Great job Christian, Breen, and Jeff!
