We had a wonderful experience at Chuck Patterson... We had intended to upgrade our car at some point in the next year or two and stopped at Chuck Patterson's to check out the Toyota Avalon as we have purchased several cars from them in the last 20 years. We pulled in and were promptly greeted by Eric, a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable salesman. We told him our story and he said they just got in a used Avalon with low miles and you can't tell it from new... Somewhat leary, we asked the trim level and the color. He then said it is a fully equipped Limited in Blizzard Pearl... Exactly what we had in mind! With no sales pressure at all he offered to give us a lift to their used car lot just down the street and we accepted and then saw our car... It was perfect! We could not tell it wasn't new. He then gave us the history of how they received it and asked if we would like to go for a test drive. Naturally it drove perfectly and he had us park it back at the main dealership and asked if we would like to see anything else... We asked about the price of the perfect used Avalon and he recommended that we go inside and talk to Brad, the Sales Manager... When we were inside we were greeted by other employees, offered coffee, water or a snack as Brad was with another customer. Within a minute or two we were talking with Brad, he gave us the Carfax report on the car and again explained the way they received it. He looked up their cost and gave us a great price at which they could deliver it to us and even worked up a trade in price on our current Avalon... Again with no pressure, (A major factor for me and my wife!), both Eric and Brad said there are lots of other cars and brands if we would like to check them out and gave us an idea of cost between a new ant the perfect used Avalon.... My wife and I discussed it briefly and decided to buy that perfect used Avalon! We then talked to another very friendly Eric, the finance manager and within 15 minutes we were driving home in our "new" to us Avalon!!! As we left, Eric our salesman gave us his card and told us if we had any questions or troubles please feel free to call him personally anytime. Two weeks later we absolutely love our car and feel as if we made friends at Chuck Patterson in the Process! Now to think about a Toyota 4-Runner....
