On Saturday 01/11/2020 I decided to call and check on the price of a Dodge Charger scat pack because I was in need of a car since my car was declared total loss due to a accident I had . Lance yu was very nice and prompted at answers the phone. I ended up meeting with Lance who was very welcoming ,he then showed me the cars they had in stock . After looking at the car I decided to move forward with the Dodge Charger and submit a application to finance the vehicle. After having lance fill out the application a manager walked over. I don’t recall the manager name but he was very inpatient and was pretty much rude . I explained the situationist my total loss and mentioned to him I had a letter from the insurance stating that they would pay off the car so I can get a second Loan . He then left and never came back . Lance then went looking for him but was told he left home with out saying anything to him about the application. It was a complete waist of time . Another manager by the name of Charlie then walked over to me and mentioned my application had been denied . I explained to him if they told the finance company about my situation of my car being payed off by the insurance company and couldn’t answer my question . By this time it was around 9 pm and he mentioned he couldn’t get in touch with the finance company to explain. He said he would call me back in the morning to try to get the finance company to reconsider the application . I waited till noon and no call . Lance decided to call me At 1 and ask if the manager had given me a call and I told him no . He said he was going to ask him but then got a reply of the bank has not gotten back to me . I told him I would go to a different car dealership and try to get a car because I really needed one . I ended up financing a car For 44k with Chevy because the manager there at bravo was useless . I rated this dealership a 1 star because the management team there sucks .I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because there is no customer service there . Lance in the other hand was very helpful and considerate of the customer. I thank lance for checking in on me. You need to hire more employees like lance that actually care about the customer .

At Bravo CDJR they care, listen, and do everything possible to meet your needs. Awesome experience from sales, management to finance, they were all great. Leasing/buying a car usually sucks, but they made the process so easy and quick. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited.
 We highly recommend Bravo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! 10/10!

 Special shout out to Philip, dude was really knowledgeable and very patient, took his time to teach us all the features and functions of our new Cherokee. Great guy!

Wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone trading in their vehicle. The manager keeps ignoring me when i ask him if my trade in was paid off or if the check has been sent, its been passed due 26 days and 33 days since i traded in my car. My credit is about to be affected unless i make a payment, now im stuck with 2 car notes!

I had a lease that was almost done and Humberto Reyes help me get out of my lease and get into a new car this weekend. I’m really happy with my new car and love the way this dealer treats their customer, great experience overall.

Absolutely Horrible. They baited me in with the price of a car listed at $7495 on their website. I make an appointment to see it later in the day (Drive 50 minutes) and after test driving it they then tell me the price is NOT $7495 but $8995 ($1500 added lojack installed). When I questioned them they said it was on their website. It's not. Their website says $7495 and in FINE PRINT says doesn't include extras (which is standard wording). If someone makes an appointment to see a car you need to tell them the full price if you are not going to honor the advertising price of the car. I had cash in hand to pay in full (no financing). BEWARE and ask for full price before you go in otherwise it's a waste of time. Unethical practice of doing business and never even attempted to make it right (making it out to be my fault as I "Should have known".
