Start to finish my salesman Bill Kane answered my questions and there was no pressure. Bill was patient and went to bat for me in getting a fair deal on trade-in and purchased vehicle. Finance manager Mark Perrotti was equally as helpful and knowledgeable which nowadays you don’t often find at dealerships. 5 stars.

As an owner of several Infiniti vehicles past and present, we’ve always been well cared for here. Our concerns are listened to and the service dept is trustworthy and take great care of your vehicle. Salespeople treat you like family and are never pushy. We have used Thai dealership since 2007 and haven’t been disappointed. If there’s ever an issue they make it right.

I purchased a 2016 qx50. My expert sales associate was William Kane. My experience at Lia infinity cohoes was professional and seamless. Bill is an attentive person to his clients needs. I appreciate the entire crew including the gentleman that detailed my car. Mark in financing was thorough and informative with a personal approach to my needs. Michael Bingham is one of the service advisors who assisted me during my recent visit. Michael was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done with my vehicle. Throughout the process, Michael would update me so that I knew what was happening with my car while it was being repaired.
