Worse Car Dealership Experience

This dealer has provided me and my family with the worse car dealership experience ever. They had another customer and myself negotiating pricing for the same car at the same time. Stay away from this people, they give the Infiniti brand a bad name and reputation. Very unprofessional.

Irv, Mark, and Kennon really made us feel comfortable. Irv was very clear and helpful when working with me over the phone and e-mail to make a deal. He was the primary reason I went to Valencia. When I showed up, there was no confusion or change of feelings. Irv and the sales team were very nice and did not make us feel like we were getting taken advantage of. We definitely plan to come back for our next lease.

I shopped this car with 3 other dealers. on the internet. Parkway respected my request for privacy until I contacted them to close the deal .. They matched the best price I could find and went beyond the call of duty, with outstanding and professional service. It's hard to say dealing with any car dealer was pleasant -- but this was a pleasant experience !~!

Just bought my 2nd Infiniti from Parkway. Not only do I love the brand, but Parkway is a great dealership. I did not feel pressured, the sales staff is very thorough, and they even had someone watch my 4 year old son while we were signing paperwork! Great experience, and I would suggest anyone interested in buying an Infinity go to Parkway.

I recently purchased a Infiniti G37 Coupe from Parkway Supercenter. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I recieved from Michael and David. They were very accomodating to my needs and specifications. I will definatley recommend Parkway to all of my friends.
