Jack Mercado, my sales person, was and is a very personable and genuine man. He was not pushy or demanding throughout the entire process of building, ordering and negotiating my truck. He and the sales manager treated me fair. Jack is definitely an asset to Knudtsen Chevrolet.

Appointments are worthless

Doesn't matter what you have scheduled, it will not be worked on close to that time at all. Sometimes not even the same day. Oil changes take many hours. Fastest one so far is 2 hours.

Check engine light

Picked up my brand new 2022 Silverado with 6.6 Duramax on Saturday, Sunday morning check engine light came on. Not happy. Drove to dealership Monday morning and talked to service writer , his name is Jim. He took great care of me and had my truck back to same afternoon. All with out an appointment. Thanks Jim

How friendly and courteous the staff is, and how I was not pushed into making a purchase. Butch Rothe and the rest of the staff are great. They go out of their way to make sure they are well informed about the vehicles they sell and have pride in the Knudtsen Chevrolet. There is no "BS" and are courteous and allow the buyer to thoroughly look at the vehicle or vehicles to make a decision. I would definitely return to make another purchase and would recommend Knudtsen to family, friends or to anyone.

Amazing Salesman - "Butch"

When I arrived I had no idea where I was to go, but your salesman Butch stepped up, asked if he could help me. He then took my car to the service department then came back and took me there also. During the time my car was being check, he came by to make sure things were going ok and if I needed anything. Later, I decided I would like to look at some of the used cars that were available on the lot, and Butch took the time to not only show me on paper what was there, but helped me to pick one that would be perfect for the place I live. He listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and showed me things on the car that I would need to know in the future. He was a joy to work with. You are fortunate to have him on your staff. He cares about the customer and their need. I would definitely send my friend to him, and I know he would do an amazing job for them too.

My trip to Knudsen's was just an ordinary oil change & vehicle service. Since my wife & I have a service agreement, it was as usual, move the tires, change the oil & confirm our Chevy Malibu was in tip-top condition. The staff was great, very personable and knowledgeable. My hats off to Leon he was friendly and patient. He was great with my 3 year old son(who was not happy to be there at all) he made several attempts to cheer him up and finally was successful with candy! As we all know with little kids candy fixes everything thing! He also made the whole buying experience fun, easy and as swift as possible know my son was ready to go home. Bob in finance was also great very knowledgeable and went through all the paper work swiftly while covering everything thing.
