Be very careful with Boucher Hyundai. The general manager should not be trusted. I leased a vehicle from there with no issues. Upon turn in (end of 2014), they did not remove the license plates. I called in January 2015 and the GM told me not to worry about it - they were destroyed when they took the car in. In March 2016 I received notice of a delinquent parking ticket tied to those plates. I returned to the dealer and spoke to the same GM. He blamed me for not removing the plates at turn in and blew the whole thing off. I reminded him of our conversation (from my notes) in January 2015 and he immediately blamed the service guys (made disparaging comments like "that's what you get when you pay guys $8 an hour" and similar type comments). I don't trust anything they say now - and will never buy from Boucher again.

The Waukesha Boucher Team took what was a stressful experience and made it awesome!!! I got there at 11:45am on a Monday, and drove away at 3:30 in my new car! Their entire team is awesome and friendly, especially Nic and Dan! Thank you guys so much! I love my car!

After being involved in an accident, my fiancé and I were crunched on time to find a new vehicle. Coming to Boucher Hyundai was one of our best decisions. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt like family. Xander was our sales person, and he did more then an excellent job. He was never pushy, and worked hard to get us prices and options that fit into our budget. He spent a lot of time explaining the vehicles and all the options they had (which was important to us, being our first time purchasing from Hyundai). Financing went by really quick and smooth as well. When we came back to pick up our vehicle, Nick (the sales manager) even offered us to join in on their lunch. The whole experience at Boucher Hyundai was very smooth and relaxed. It was so great that not only did we purchase a new vehicle to replace our totaled one, but we traded in our other car to purchase a second new vehicle! Whenever anyone is looking for a new vehicle, I will be sure to recommend Boucher Hyundai and Xander Gawin!

I found the exact car I wanted online, contacted them, they gave me a lease price in the price range I wanted and when I went out the next day to test drive it, there were no surprise "additional costs". Chris Baker the salesman and Chris in Finance made the whole process a very positive experience.

On Saturday August 1st we decided to sell our older car to our oldest teenager that was not having much luck locating a car in her price range. My wife and I decided to then look for a newer car for myself. Two years ago on vacation I was given a Sonata for a rental and could not believe how well it performed and how well it was built. So we ventured out to the nearest Hyundai dealer. When we first arrived we were greeted by Nick the sales manager who made us feel right at home. We then were approached by Chris Baker who started fielding our questions. At all times I feel that my questions were answered with personal honesty not answers that were scripted. My overall experience with the staff has changed my opinion of how a car dealership should treat their customers. It was honestly the best dealership experience that I have ever encountered. Did I mention the small things that added to the experience. While we were filling out the paperwork I had mentioned that we would go out for lunch and come back. Nick asked if my family (4 of us) would like to join his staff for their Saturday lunch buffet. We accepted lunch with your crew and felt like family. Chris Baker as well as Chris the finance person both treated me as a person and a friend. Awesome staff!

I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Accent. I wasn't able to find one anywhere near my home so I searched the Internet for any available in Wisconsin. I only found two dealerships that had them in stock and the lowest price was at Boucher. I made an Internet inquiry and received an extremely fast response from Ryan Fitzsimmons. I was going to be in the Milwaukee area on Friday so I made an appointment to come in and test drive. I ended up driving my new car home the same day. Ryan did a great job. Troy also did great. They gave me a fair amount for my trade-in and worked to get me the best financing and warranty coverage that fit my needs. I will recommend this dealership to everyone.

We had a fantastic experience with Boucher Hyundai! We started at Boucher Nissan and kept our salesman from the Nissan group through the sale of our 2015 Santa Fe. We didn't know you could keep a sales rep from one lot even if you purchase a car from a different lot as long as you stay in the Boucher group. This made things SO MUCH EASIER! Rather than dealing with a different sales rep at different lots so we could research and test drive all the vehicles we were considering, we just dealt with the same person, who coordinated us driving the cars we wanted to with the other lots...how awesome is that?? The Boucher group worked great as a team with our sales rep. The VIP Managers Luke and Tony were very friendly and accommodating. Mike, who was our Hyundai guru, assisted us with learning our new vehicle features. Financing was easy, fair, and seamless. We got the payment we wanted, the vehicle we wanted, and friendly competent staff to help us through the process. A++++ to Boucher Hyundai! Thank you for an easy and pleasant car buying experience!

Met Fawn Delaney while waiting for minor service on my car. I had been in contact with her prior to my visit regarding interest in a vehicle posted on the dealership web site. She was very helpful in our purchase process. She was accommodating and very customer-focused. Couldn't give you less then 1 star...too bad.... Bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport turbo...great car love it but my experience and treatment by your employees was worst then poor....after purchasing my car Chris my salesman disappeared...leaving me to wait and wonder what was going on for over an hour, then finally he reappeared, directing me to your finance manager who spent over 1 hour try to trick, and force me to buy some worthless insurance...when I threatened to leave without the car he finally gave up and signed the papers, making known he we were not going to be friends anymore in fact he didn't shake my hand when I extended it,,, Chris reappeared, with the cars manual in hand explaining the new features of the car, (very helpful) however he forgot to give me the manual, I called and asked the next day... He said I could pick it up anytime...a 20 mile trip, for me. I suggested he drop it off at my house since he had mentioned, he lived only 6 blocks from my house...he agreed, but called me as he was leaving the dealership and said he was sorry but he was sick and wouldn't be able to go 6 extra blocks to do "his" job.... In fact I was sick as well but had to go 20 miles to pick up my manual the next day, since it was Chris's day off and he left it at his desk. So I was forced to endure a mean pushy finance manager, for over and hour and then, I had to recover my manual that should have been left in the car from your dealership...bought 1 other car, and a truck from Boucher Chevy, but no more, and I will tell anyone who asks buy from Tri City or Arrow, because Hyundai is a great car Ruined the fun of buying a new car...shame on you all, actually the handicapped, man who portered my car was the best and nicest person at you dealership. No one talks to or is friendly with the customers...not the other salesman, secretaries just one nice guy in your shop. My Girlfriend happened to walk by an open door apparently your lunch room, where everyone was eating, and a woman ran over and slammed the door in her face... Low class ? No "No class" I've been in sales 40 years owned my own company for 27 years, and if those people worked for me I would have fired them all on the spot...except that one decent guy in the shop....

Fawn and the team at Boucher Hyundai were amazing to work with. We had just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Genesis from a different dealer 5 months prior, and that car got totaled. We went to Boucher because they had a 2014 Genesis listed online that was very close to what we had, and we wanted to replace the car as soon as possible. Even though we were eager to buy, we never felt pressured! The car was amazing and we had no doubt in our minds we were getting a great deal on the price. Fawn was so helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and every question answered before we drove the car off the lot. Additionally, Ben in the Finance Department was wonderful!! That can be the most stressful part of the process with all the forms and contracts, and he made it fun and painless. He explained every form that we signed so clearly and simply, and we felt very at ease. We will be returning to Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha the next time we need a vehicle, and HIGHLY recommend them!

Just bought a 2015 Sonta Sport from Chris Baker. Check out 4 sedans that were equal, and Chris got me the best price. Love the vehicle! Process was smooth, no high pressure sales pitch, let the car sell itself. He made it all happen! Would recommend the internet process with Chris for sure. Next vehicle will be with them also. Did I mentioned their great service dept? One of the other reasons to buy from this dealership, not that my other car a 2011 has had to be in there for other than oil changes, but they make that even quick and pleasant.

We bought 2014 Elantra from Boucher, We went there after checking the car and working on price at other dealer as the deal didn't work out. We walked into to Boucher to check if the other dealer is giving us a good price, we were received by Steve and told him what we are looking for and provided details and stuff, as he is the new Rep Pam got involved when we started negotiating the price. They gave us a good price, but it was more than what we negotiated at the other dealership. After couple of negotiations we got the price we are looking for for fully loaded car. Pam listened what we are asking and talked to the sales manager and got us good deal. We worked with Lidiya to complete the paper work and warranty options, she was patient and clarified each and every question of mine with out pushing me to sign the papers and get done with it. The only part that I didn't like is about extra warranties and ECP, we weren't thinking about those when we are negotiating the price and we didn't get much time to think about it. Overall it is a great experience and we will do business with Boucher in future.

I worked with Pam and Shawn to purchase a new 2014 Hyundai Equus. I was interested in making a change and described what I was looking for when they encouraged me to drive the Equus. They certainly knew the car to match my interests. They were patient in the sales process when I needed patience and focused more when I was ready to proceed with a purchase. I feel they gave me a fine price for the car and did everything possible to ensure my satisfaction. We needed to find a used car for our daughter going to school in Minnesota and had less than a week to research, purchase and drive it up to her. Fawn D. was our sales consultant and she was great. After researching different cars for months, and test driving a few of my top favorite cars from different dealerships, my best experience was working with Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha. I worked with Alex D., car salesman, who was very accommodating and professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was very personable and not pushy. I showed him some of the research which compared similar cars and their pricing and he was able to get me that car for close to the price I was asking. I realized that the car I had wanted to purchase had some better perks and that’s why they were unable to match my exact price. I am very thorough and conservative with my purchases and researched on Edmunds, Kelley Blue book, consumer reports, and several other places before my purchase and realized that the price they wouldn’t go under was a really good deal on my car and I’m pretty good at bartering. He also gave me a $40 gas card to seal the deal. I also asked that the small dents were taken out and had a few small paint touch ups done and that was no problem. Alex was available to answer all of my questions and provided me with his number that I could call any time. He followed up with me after I purchased the car and was very helpful in answering questions about my warranty and satellite radio a few times after the purchase. He is always willing to help out and I would definitely recommend Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha, and Alex D. as a sales representative. My husband also recently purchased a car and the dealership he works with has not been as helpful, professional, or accommodating. It's really nice to have a contact person who you feel like you can count on when you've made such a big purchase and I found that with Boucher Hyundai.
