Exceeded my expectations!

After having a very disappointing experience at another Hyundai dealership in the area, I started reading reviews to find another place to do business. I read a few bad reviews for this dealer but I figured that everyone has their own opinion. So, I would give #1 Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville an honest shot! I am so happy that I did! It was a super easy process and I am super satisfied. No stress involved whatsoever! It started with a friendly voice on the phone. Her name was Lizzie. I called to explain my need to return my previous lease as well as already being upset because of the other dealership shenanigans. She briefly explained the lease return and helped me schedule an appointment so that there would be no isaues. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted, then guided to the right individual. The dealership was clean, organized, and up to date with modern technology. My sales associate was Shawn H. and he was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. He answered all of my questions. He was attentive to detail. He listened to me. He put my worries and concerns to rest. No haggling. No grimy sales tatics. No BS! He was patient with me and went over the whole process of returning a lease for something newer. He respected my budget and never once tried to make me go over my set comfort price. He was confident that he could help me find a car that I would like for a price that I could afford. He explained all the current deals. He encouraged me to test drive different vehicles in my price range. He did not rush me and definitely made me feel that my business was appreciated! He kept me informed throughout the entire process. No sneaky dealing! I could definitely tell that he wasn't just trying to make the dealership money but truly wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase as well! He found me the car I wanted for a very reasonable price. Shawn H. really went above and beyond with his genuine customer service and exceeded my expectations! I am confident that I will return in the future and recommend #1 Cochran to my family and friends!

Best car buying experience

Don At 1# Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville was great. Don, was wonderful, from the first time walking into the dealership, in November, to research and test drive a Hyundai Elantra value edition, to May when it came to time actually make the purchase. One call to Don, put him to work, to get the exact color and trim of Elantra I wanted. I called him on Tuesday, to make an appointment just to get numbers and trade in, Instead Don said he would have the car I wanted there so I could take it home that same day. Don even remember, the color and trim I wanted from when I first worked with him in November. Don even keep in touch over the week, to get some more to try to get me the best possible price for the car. Since I got new insurance I need the VIN number from the car before I came to the dealership, Don even called me at 9:15 PM on a Thursday to give me the Vin number, and to let me know, they were going out to Ohio to get my car. Once I go to the dealership on Saturday, I was in and out in two hours. He even took the paperwork for the trade in outside so my grandfather could sign it since his name was also on the car I traded in. Don show me how to work the new car, he even adjusted the sound setting to make it good. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Hyundai to come see Don as he is top notch and very professional. When it time to buy my next Elantra I will be back to see Don. I have purchased and serviced my previous Hyundai for another dealership and I am so glad to work with #1 Cochran Hyundai Monroeville.

Recently purchased our third Elantra from this dealer. Experience with Charlie Smith very helpful. He is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, even pairing both cell phones on the Bluetooth, explaining how they work. Recommend him and dealer highly!

Great experience buying my new car here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I got exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. No one tried to push me into anything I didn't want. I drove in with my old car and a few hours later left with my new car.

The service was excellent from arrival to the purchase of the vehicle. Rosalie was helpful and found a salesman for me. Ted was patient and answered all of my questions. Also, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. During the purchase, Heather explained everything and provide me with all the options, so, that I could make an informed decision on the products offered by the dealership. I was really impressed with the lifetime state inspections offered by the dealership. I will refer others to this dealership. Thank you and enjoying my new car.

I purchased a 2015 Tucson SE AWD and the sales experience was one of the best I have ever had since I started buying cars. Charlie S is first class all of the way. Explained everything to me, was patient with all of my questions and changes in financing. Walked me around the facility, showing me where my car would be serviced, where I could rent a car if needed, and made me feel 100% confident that I chose the right dealer!! Will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle!

Just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe. The car is amazing, lots of great features! The warranty is a bonus although I owned a 2009 Santa Fe and never had a problem. For the price this car gives a lot! Our salesperson was Bruce T. What a great experience! He walked us through all the Hyundai options and made sure we had the information we wanted to make a good choice for us! Patient through many visits and test drives and no pressure. If you're in the market you need to visit Bruce! He's the reason we bought through #1 Cochran!

I was not looking forward to purchasing a new car, however my experience at #1 Cochran was very positive. The salesman was very personable as was the Finance Manager and the other staff members. The showroom was comfortable and my two grand daughters didn't want to leave the playroom. My salesman took as much time as I needed to explain the buying/leasing process and once the purchase was made he spent additional time going over the features on my new Hyundai Accent. #1 Cochran in Monroeville is the only place I will every buy or lease another car.

No Slick Talking - Extremely Professional & Personable

After avidly searching reviews of reliability and prices on the web for the pre-owned Hyundai's. I located a Sonata that I was most interested in at Monroeville Hyundai online. I filled out the online credit application late one evening, and the next day before noon, Warren emailed me with a loan approval. I telephoned him about the interest rate, and found that it was very competitive. I scheduled a test drive the next morning, (Saturday) and was quite impressed with the relaxed, yet professional atmosphere presented by Warren, as well as the other sales people with whom I came into contact. Never pushy and only honest answers. Long story 'semi-short', I purchased my first Hyundai, and am extremely satisfied and impressed the the high quality and sharp looks, both inside and out. Me, in my 50's--driving the Hyundai, could tell that this is a quality vehicle by the ride and feel over the road, as well as with the aforementioned online reviews. Probably the easiest and most satisfying car purchase that I have ever made. Thanks Warren; because of you, I'll be back to Cochran Hyundai when we need another vehicle. Glenn

To whom it may concern: Today (4/2014), I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra from Ted L at #1 Cochran in Monroeville. Having test drove it last week and meeting with Ted deciding on what I was looking for and going over some numbers- I knew that there was no doubt in my mind I would be back to purchase this car from him! The moment I walked in the door, I felt like "family". Ted was so helpful and really understanding and it was very important to him to get what I wanted in my new car, that met my needs no matter how hard or long it took. His friendly personality, and how personably he was, was unlike all other experiences I've heard of. Although I will be driving this car for a long time, I will look forward to purchasing many future cars from Ted in the long run! He is someone I can't wait to recommend to other people that are looking to purchase a new car! In 2011, I went to Hyundai of Monroeville because I wanted to look at Elantra's. I was fortunate enough to have Charlie S as my salesperson & couldn't have been happier. My lease was going to be up in July so I contacted him last week & once again I came home with another vehicle I'm very happy. Every employee I encountered was polite & willing to answer questions. The process of closing the deal was simple & explained clearly. I'm looking forward to leasing my third Hyundai in 2017.

I just purchased my brand new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service at #1 Cochran! They went above and beyond to make our car buying experience incredible. Our salesman, Ted was very helpful without ever being pushy and answered every question promptly. This was honestly the best experience we have ever had buying a car. On top of the excellent customer service, we also got top dollar for our trade and the best deal around on our new vehicle. I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from #1 Cochran Hyundai in Monroeville and everything, from the first impression to driving off the lot was a pleasant and enjoyable experience! Having never purchased a car before, I was hesitant going to a mega-center, like #1 Cochran, for the simple fact that I didnt want to be pressured into purchasing or leasing something that I couldnt afford or getting hustled because Im young and not an experienced buyer. The sales staff were so helpful, polite and easygoing that it made the entire experience enjoyable. Anyone who is in the market for a car and DOESNT want to deal with the stereotypical car salesman, try #1 Cochran Hyundai in Monroeville, PA. They will certainly change your opinion!

I came in for an unscheduled test drive on a Saturday and Cochran was nice enough to accommodate me. I felt very comfortable with their sales staff (I dealt with Don) and at no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Don was very informative about the product offering while also having a pleasant personality. The dealership was orderly, clean and everyone was friendly. I returned on Monday to go over some numbers which was super easy and ended up purchasing a Hyundai Azera! I love my new car and the experience that I had at Cochran in Monroeville.

Finally I enjoyed buying a car. Salesperson Charlie S. greeted us but never pressured. Showed us the car I fell in love with. Showed me everything about the car, answered my questions but never pressured. Went back and test drove the car. Again C.S. answered questions. Bought the car today and CS reviewed and helped the process along. CS introduced the mgr. Dir. of Parts and service. and Travis. When I drove the car today I can honestly say I was extremely comfortable because of C. S. knowledge and help.
