Additional services requested at the time of original appointment. Service department arranged to have parts delivered and rescheduled service later in the same day. The Hyundai dealership was able to correct alignment problems whereas another BDAG service center was unable after multiple attempts.

Best car buying experience

As a woman alone i was wary but the salespeople were friendly and respectful. My questions were answered honestly. The car arrived on the day promised and the price promised. I was not pressured to add extras. Troy was a great salesman. I needed snow tires at the last minute.

3 1/2 hour for tire install, alignment & oil change.

I scheduled an oil change, tire install, and alignment for 1PM, which was advised by my service advisor knowing that the morning jobs would be cleared out. I arrived 15 min early, so that my vehicle would be brought right in after the service techs got back from lunch. Unfortunately I waited for 3 and a half hours for my vehicle to be completed. I didn’t leave the dealership until 4:40pm; which is completely unacceptable. This isn’t the first time that I’ve waited for multiple hours, but this is the first time I’m bringing it to everyone’s attention. If it wasn’t for the staff that I deal with directly this would be a one star rating.

It was so easy to schedule my regular service on their website. They reached out immediately to confirm and when it turned out that I needed to reschedule to combine 2 services it was simple and easy. I waited for my car to be done and the waiting area was comfortable and spacious with great snacks. Staff were friendly and great at answering questions.

I have never had such a perfect car service experience in my entire life. From pleasant and accommodating scheduling to always speaking to a person, it was a great start. Love Bill Dodge

I love Bill Dodge and the service I receive is nothing but amazing. However, recently I scheduled an appointment to get a recall fixed on my car. I called that morning to get an idea of how long the appt would be, and was told about an hour. Upon arriving and my car going out back, a half hour later a rep came out to tell me the tablets that can correct this recall are being updated, so they couldn’t fix the recall. I was told I would be called when a loaner was available, and it has been a month since my appointment with no call still to correct this recall on the computer in my vehicle 😢 Minus this small thing (which I get stuff happens of course) bill dodge has been nothing but exceptional ☺️
