The Hyundai Kona was the easiest new car I have ever bought. Hyundai staff worked with the time I had, totally with my schedule. Each person I worked with was a total professional. No stones were left unturned and it was a perfect car buying experience!

Do not purchase a new Hyundai from the Coastal Hyundai dealership of Melbourne. I have owned several Hyundai's and with experience I can say it well worth the effort/price to shop in Orlando or other close dealerships. My experience was a hassle in dealing for the car, bait and switch, or not honoring the original sales price that was negotiated.

It was God from the beginning. He put Mr. Baker in my path for a reason. Lost previous car in crash . That car was totaled. the pay off was all but$2000..I didn't realize I had Gap ins. Mr. Baker told me that I did. 1st miracle. We got the car we wanted. 2nd miracle. We didn't have a down pymnt 3rd miracle. Payments was a couple $ more than other car payments 4th miracle. I can go on..The whole transaction was Great! Pleased with everyone I came in contact with Jeff Rich too.

Earlier this week I took my leased 2012 Hyundai Sonata to Coastal to buy it. My lease was ending in October and I had just barely over 10000 miles on the car. The car is in perfect condition. After ten minutes at Coastal I was shown that I could lease a new 2016 Sonata for virtually the same lease payment as opposed to a much higher monthly payment for purchasing my 2012. They had made me an offer I could not refuse.

In Dec. 2015 I purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 through Salesperson John Lyons. The transaction was as pleasant as one could possibly expect in all regards. Professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail "A+".Johns follow up after the sale has instilled additional piece of mind. This week I decided to lease a car for my daughter. John provided me with a quote. I shopped it and found that it was quite competitive. I returned to the dealership and my daughter is now happily driving a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Both deals were handled predominantly online and I'm a question asker, lots of questions. John was beyond helpful throughout. Finance manager Jeff Rich and sales assistant Anthony Paul were also a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Coastal Hyundai and these 3 gentlemen specifically to anyone in the market for new, used or lease vehicles.

The experience we had with Robert was unique! I stopped to show my wife the difference between the Hyundai SUV models and saw the Mitsubishi on the lot . Robert explained the difference to us and walked us through the next steps with no pressure ! After buying a number of vehicles from Coastal I can tell you I never bought on the first visit. This time was different and I felt comfortable with the deal. I am not a novice buyer being an ASE certified tech for almost 50 years so it took a lot to make me happy !

First off, I gotta say... I was not anticipating a deal. I was so upside down in my trade-in, that I was pretty sure they would laugh at me and walk away. Not only did they not do that, these guys were able to get my family into a beautifuL pre-owned minivan with numbers that agreed with our budget. It's been a week and I'm still in awe that they were able to do it. Thanks guys, you will never know how much this means to me. My twin toddlers are riding in much more comfort now!l thanks to you three! Low pressure sales, pleasant atmosphere... Will highly recommend this dealership.

I must say every time I come into my dealership I'm treated very well. Always a hello ands smiles. On this day I only came in for an oil change for my Tucson. While waiting I stepped out and was walking around. James came out and we started talking, now James was my sisters consultant and I really low him, felt comfortable with him. I told him I would like a new vehicle. I'm very pleased with my new outlander sport. My experience was very pleasant. . Thank you
