We called dealer from distance to learn best entrance for unhooking Car from RV.. Directions were perfect. I explained the problem and serviceman said he would call when repaired. I expected it would be several days; he called the next day, but my flip phone didn't alert me. Several days later I learned the car was ready--either the serviceman called me again or I listened to my voicemail. Everything looks good.

After having an ongoing negative experience with service at another dealership that spanned months, I truly appreciated the entire experience at Troy-Alan. My appointment was scheduled in an expedient manner, the process of dropping off the car was efficient, all issues were addressed well, and I appreciated being able to pay over the phone and pick the car up at my leisure. I will definitely return here for all future service issues with my vehicle.

I make it policy to never buy a car were the service is shit. That is troy allen in slippery rock PA. My Colbra was running great until I took to troy allen because of a recall that needed repaired. Trust me I did not want to take it since it was running great but they said the car could catch fire and my wife drives it. I get the car back , Turn it over and the check engine lite is on. I inform the mechanic that they did something when they worked on the car he stated that that was IMPOSSIBLE and that I can not hold them responsible for everything that goes wrong with the car just because they worked on it. I told him he was being ridiculous but when you take a car to a mechanic and the engine lite was not on and you pick it up and now it is no one can reasonably assume they created the issue. He was nasty and rude! Take my advice and go some place else for your car and your cars service.
