Just a few days after an EF-3 tornado destroyed our vehicles, Jason Dellaria worked extremely hard to get me and my wife into a car that we thought we couldn’t afford. Jason ensured we would be taken care of. We were transparent about things and Jason was transparent with us. Integrity ranks high in my book! Jason handled everything professionally and honestly! I would HIGHLY recommend SVG Motors and Jason as a sales person for purchases on their next vehicle(s)! Thanks for everything Jason and the SVG team for your understanding and support! We are extremely satisfied with our new Chevy!
Phenomenal Customer Service

We drove all the way from Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky to purchase a vehicle from SVG. Jason Dell'Aria had done his homework before our arrival. Not only did he seek out vehicles that would fit our needs, he narrowed the search down to a few choice vehicles before recommending just the "right one." He didn't stop there; I'm not the "easiest" customer, and he worked non-stop to get us the price we wanted to pay and the monthly payment we needed to have. Jason is phenomenal; very knowledgeable and personable, as was every employee we encountered at SVG-additionally, Ron, Anthony and Ryan were involved throughout the process and were great to work with. I can't say enough about Jason and how well he treated us. Given the opportunity, we'll definitely be repeat customers!

With this being our first car dealership experience, I can honestly say it was an amazing one. We had the usual issues of finding the right car for the best price; however working with Jason made it an easy journey. He was extremely patient, even with our 2 young children we had with us, professional, and friendly. He went above and beyond for my family. We spent a total of about 4.5 hours at the dealership within two days and Jason never batted an eye or gave a negative vibe. We will be back when we are ready to buy again, and we honestly won't work with any other salesman or dealership! Thank you so much!

I traveled to svg motors from Columbus Ohio and it was worth the drive. Terri helped answer any questions we had about the car and was thorough about the purchase details. She was upfront, happy, & patient. Iâm so excited to drive in my new car that I got for a great deal!

Worth the trip

I drove from Texas to SVG Motors in Dayton Ohio to buy my 2005 Ford thunderbird Anniversary Edition and I would do it again. Greg worked with me over the phone and when we finally arrived everything was exactly as I expected. Greg and Nathan were so cool and really made us feel at home. I Love love my TBird. I’ve had a continuously excellent experience with Bobby ! When I initially came in to purchase the car he was super personable and friendly. I already had an idea of what I wanted and within what price range and he helped me find something perfect !! He also took the time to help me learn the different features and personalize it before I left. Unfortunately shortly after I got the car someone rear ended me and Bobby actually checked on me and the condition of the car and helped me with what to do which was above and beyond customer service for sure and very much appreciated. When I was able to come back and get the ziebart service he got me in and out quickly with a rental as well. I 110% would recommend Bobby to anyone who wants to purchase a car.

Not your typical car buying experience- in a good way!

My husband and I had to replace my car. Bobby greeted us,then sat in a comfortable lounge area and took time to find out what we wanted and didn't want in a vehicle. We told him upfront we had really bad credit and only had a trade in. He looked up what Nissan Altimas (what we really wanted) they had with the features we were looking for. We didnt get the one we originally wanted, but got a newer one (which was pretty cool). Bobby never once tried to steer us into buying something else and the finance team worked well after closing to get us approved. He is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I honestly dreaded the thought of getting a new car because of past experiences, but I have nothing but great things to say about Bobby & the SVG motors team.

Look online to look for a car I want for 1and half months. Looked at SVG MOTORS they had a car I want . Called them up on Thursday. Told them I couldn't get there until Saturday cause I live in Indiana,They held the car for me. Went Saturday Riley Blair was my salesperson. She was excellent on purchase of my 2016 Chevrolet Cruze. Riley done everything to make purchase great. Thanks Riley

Would not go there or would i recommend this dealership to no one if you ask for someone to call you back, when you ask for a manager about a new car they dont take the time to call you back about the car, so i went somewhere and bought a new car, look else where if you want to find a new or used car
