Somewhat satisfied

I went for an oil change and the service provided was good; however, I was disappointed in them telling me that I need struts when my car is new and they even provided an estimate for repairs. When I called, the representative said the struts are the reason I need tires which is what the technician reported. If that’s the case, then something is wrong and it should fall under warranty. No recommendations were made as far as checking to see what caused the problem after I told them that my car is new. I got a 2nd opinion and was told struts are not needed.
