Oil Change

onOn 4/23/21 I was in line before you opened to get an oil change, it took about 2 hours for the oil change. When I was called to pay for the oil change I had to wait about 20 minutes for the service department to bring my car up front, i had to go back inside and ask for my car after about 10 minutes. On 6/18/21 I had to travel to the San Francisco Bay area to attend a funeral, and I returned home on 8/19/21. When I got up on the 20th I noticed an oil stain in my driveway, I thought it might have been from my 97 Explorer, it wasn't, it turns out that the oil leak was coming from my 2018 Chevy Malibu that I had service at your dealership on 4/23/21. The technician who serviced my car apparently didn't tighten the oil filter enough so it started leaking oil (I have pictures of the filter with oil on it and the filter being retighten). Thank GOD the filter didn't fall off during my travel to and from the bay area. Please advise this technician to make sure to tighten your customers oil filters to prevent anything worse from happening. Thank you, Wendell Player

SERVICE DAMAGE

onAll though I'm usually satisfied with Mark Christopher's service department, I was getting my throttle body serviced and cleaned,and I was told that the intake duct had a "TEAR/HOLE" in it and had to be replaced,@$100.00 part charge. After viewing the replaced part it had a Fresh Tare in it. If it would had been there originally I would have felt it in the performance, but it felt the same driving out as it did driving in.
