Overall an OKAY experience

The sales experience was fine, but the vehicle, which I had to wait to get "cleaned up", was actually filthy. I had to take it to the car wash and spend $20.00 cleaning mud and dirt out of the wheels and the engine bay and undercarriage. I could tell that the previous owner lived on a dirt road. Any vehicle sold by a dealership should be clean enough to eat off of in my opinion. My friend an I spent two hours re-cleaning the inside of the vehicle where it looked like they used dirty rags to wipe everything down. There was a film on everything inside the vehicle.

I will never ever go back to them again Went in for an oil change Was treated like crap by your service department. Had my car for 6 hours called to find out why my car was not done only to find out from your rude service department lady that my car is not done. Then had it a second day for the whole day only to be disrespected and hung up on again by the service Deptartment lady Then after two days of having my car 300 dollars later I get in my car to find my wi Dow loose and my turn signal broken. Nope never will return for anything at all. Which is sad. I bought my car from there a few years ago and had the best experience ever Sad sad sad

Found us the Perfect Car

We wanted a used higher-mileage Expedition EL with lots of features, that was still reliable. Chuck and Terry went above and beyond to not only find us the car we needed - getting it just before we left for vacation - but also to make sure we were happy with it once we got it home and hit the road. They made sure we knew about all the features, helped us pair our phone, got us a free preview of Sirius, worked with a local bank to get us a GREAT interest rate, and checked in with us to make sure our vacation was going well and the car was working - it worked beautifully. We've never had such comfortable travel. 40 hours in a car was easy with this. Thanks Chuck and Terry (and the whole crew!) for helping us make some great memories!

Great Car Buying Experience Laramie Peak Motors

When we first got to the dealership on a Friday evening, we didn't expect anyone to be around but were pleasantly greeted by one of the sales staff, Ms. Jessie Evans. She listened to what my wife and I were interested in and promptly suggested a wonderful vehicle and offered to get the key to show us more. After she educated us on numerous features and demonstrated how to operate them she suggested we could test drive the Expedition for the weekend. After operating the vehicle for several days we agreed to purchase it. All the staff we dealt with were polite and professional. They worked very hard to make sure we were pleased with the vehicle condition and were most helpful completing the paperwork and securing the deal.

Great Salesman and Dealership Experience

Just traded in our 1999 Ford F250 for a 2011 Ford F250 at this dealership. Adam Benson was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The dealership is incredibly honest and helpful - we will return to this dealership whenever we need service or assistance with a trade in.
