The best I every had. No questions asked I walked in and the sales team worked the number. After they completed them I agree and the deal was done. Greatly appreciate the patience and the accommodating attitude of the dealer and the sales person Robert Caan. He was patient with my schedule, but when I was ready, he laid out all the options and was great when I explained that my 13year old daughter had a say as this will become her car in a few years. We got a great car without making a significant compromise of dealer stock. Rob Whalley was as always direct and made the process painless and joy. Personally, wish I had to buy a car more often as it was a delightful experience.

My family just bought its 9th vehicle from Evergreen Ford, the last 7 of which we bought while working with Andrew! We have definitely looked at other dealerships, but we always come back to EGFL and Andrew because he always treats us fairly and gives us a great value on our trade-ins. He is always honest with us about whether a vehicle is practical or a good value. This time, we were specifically looking for a vehicle we can grow into as our family grows, and he helped us weigh the pros and cons of several different vehicles. We used to dread the car buying process, but he puts us at ease because we can trust him. He is totally transparent about the process from start to finish. Overall, the experience I had at Evergreen Ford was fantastic. I did not feel rushed or pressured into buying a vehicle, which was the best attribute I was looking for as I really wanted to make the right decision. By way of background, I had worked via email with the salesman prior to coming in as I wanted to plan well in advance the purchase. The salesman was very professional, patient, and responsive.

WOW!!! What an awesome team that works at the Evergreen Issaquah Ford!! I mean all of the people there are Fabulous, knowledgeable, personable, and very caring. We were so pleased and grateful for Tomi, Trevor, Casey and Jonathon for helping us and staying late for us. We bought a F150 first, came back in two weeks and bought the Explorer!!! Dealt with the same guys, it was fun to see them again and now we all have an established friendship with all. We will be back and family and friends know all about Evergreen Issaquah Ford as well!!! I have had some rotten car buying experiences in the past. At the same time, I may be a difficult shopper because I take awhile to make decisions, am very particular, and also have a lot of demands on my own time. I really needed someone who could reduce hassle and accommodate my schedule. Chris Reade at Evergreen Ford was extremely helpful in this regard and I'm very happy that I found him. It may have been 6 weeks between initial contact and closing the deal, but he had the right amount of patience and persistence during that time and did a spectacular job of guiding me toward the right vehicle. After that, he worked very hard to streamline the financing and accessorizing. Thank you!

I found a vehicle on Edmunds.com and contacted Evergreen Ford to buy it. I offered the price listed on Edmunds.com + tax & license with $1000 down. The dealership told me that they won't sell it to me for the price listed on Edmunds.com and the lowest they would sell it to me was $865 more than the price listed on Edmunds.com! What? They won't honor a price and make a deal because of $865? It's not like the price was thousands of dollars difference. Also: Evergreen Ford is a Edmunds.com "Premier Dealer" Check out all the reviews of Evergreen Ford on Edmunds.com and you will see similar feedback. Don't believe the 4.5 stars & 16 reviews as there are more reviews (40+) but Edmunds.com doesn't count "older" reviews. If they did the star rating would be lower. Check out the "Cheated" - "violative content deleted" - "Poor internet sales" reviews. I took screenshots of them all in case they accidentally disappeared.

I worked out the price of the truck I wanted through texting with Andrew. He told me if I came down that would be the price of the truck. I went in and they didn't try to shift the price like other dealers I visited. In fact when I got there the truck was actually $1200 cheaper. I was in at 4:15pm and driving away in the truck at 6:10pm! Easiest vehicle purchase i've ever made. They were honest and efficient. I would encourage anyone to purchase here at Evergreen. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I am very happy and extremely pleased with the recent purchase of my new Ford Edge at Evergreen Ford in Issaquah. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I received an extremely fair deal on the car, I knew the market well, the financing package was unbelievable and I was surprised at the trade in value I received for my old SUV. Robert Maloy was my salesman, I definitely recommend that you seek him out. Great guy, knows his trade and does not sell you anything. Cameron was my Finance guy, straight shooter, and knows his banks well. My rate was incredible. If you are looking for a Ford or a used car, stop buy and meet Robert. You will be glad you did.

Our new 2016 Ford Edge Titanium was found via an internet search, which had the color and options we had decided on, after searching and testing different vehicles for the past few months. Using a sound meter over a prescribed route to road test various crossovers showed the Edge to be the quietest of the vehicles that met our criteria. A few emails and text messages to Ashley confirmed that our Edge was available. After I requested a phone call, I let her know that I needed the vehicle for a longer test drive overnight under normal driving conditions to be sure that it was what we wanted to buy. After explaining that I wanted to pick it up on Friday afternoon, and having out of town guests arriving Saturday, I needed to return it on Sunday. Her response was "sure - no problem!" That certainly got our dealings off to a good start. By Saturday afternoon I was able to text her that the test drive was going well, and that if my trade in appraisal numbers were satisfactory I would be at the dealership on Sunday to sign papers. A few hours later I was e-mailed the numbers which were exactly where they should have been according to all of my research. Since Sunday was Ashley's' day off, arrangements were made to meet with Ken and we set up an appointment for an agreeable time. Once we were at the dealership, we unloaded our old car, the Edge was made ready to leave, papers were drawn up and signed. Ken reviewed the operation of the vehicle's systems, which I had not already set, paired my wife and I's phones, and we were ready to leave. From start to finish the entire buying experience with Evergreen was as professional and personable as could be expected. This was a dealership with which I had no prior dealings nor did anyone else that I knew. Usually that makes me a little uncomfortable - not knowing what kind of treatment to expect. Evergreen's pricing on this vehicle was the best I had seen in the northwest area and priced perfectly with what I what I was willing to pay. Great job by everyone and I've already let others know what a pleasant experience it was. Fair, honest, and pleasant employees ---- what a great business model.
