I purchased a 2012 Ford Edge, and was impressed at how easily and painless the purchasing process was. I have been contacted several times by the salesman to ensure there are no issues, which is great. I did have an issue with my check engine light that came on within a couple of days of purchase, and did have to spend several hours at service waiting for them to diagnose and repair what turned out to be a bad sensor, however that was a little inconvenient for a couple of days old car to have that issue. But, they did make me several keys because of a problem with the one originally with the care. So, no complaints at all. Everyone has been accommodating and helpful!

This is the second Lincoln I have bought at your dealership. I:m a repeat customer for two reasons: I love the car and the people at Flood. I never feel pushed or pressured. My questions are answered in a truthful, complete manner. The people in service are just as professional as those in sales. I like your policy of promotion from within. I watched as Russ left service and is now an outstanding sales manager. George answered every question and listened patiently as he demonstrated all of the features and benefits of my great new car. I loved my MKZ which got me around in some of the worst New England wether ever. I would have had great difficulty in saying goodbye to this car if I was not able to say hello to my new Lincoln. David Bailey was very helpful. I called to inquire about a car. He called me back letting me know he had the car brought to the dealership for my convenience to look at. He did not continuously call me or pressure me. He was a pleasure to work with compared to other dealerships that called/emailed me continuously without having the vehicle I wanted or another that advertised a vehicle and kept telling me for over a week it will be ready the next day or so to look at. When ever I had a question he looked into it and got me the answers. He took care of a few minor repairs on the car earlier than anticipated and made purchasing it seamless. After the sale he took care of all my concern and questions.

Was a great place to do business. Everyone was Professional and knowledgeable. David Bailey was great, he made the lease process easy. Took his time and explained everything, he was professional as well as knowledgeable. He made the entire process very easy to understand, and gave us the options we needed in order to make an informed decision. This is my 3rd purchase from the Flood Ford group. All have been good experiences. While I used a car buying service USAA for this purchase in the past I have negotiated and always felt that the deal was fair for both the dealer and myself. While they do offer additional services during the purchase, they are not heavy on pushing the additional items if you do not want them. I feel they are fair in their negotiations and that they do offer a fair deal.

The Best Car Buying Experiance

When I arrived at Flood Ford, i was greeted by David Bailey. I liked the fact that he was not pushy.... He was helpful. I was able to look around in peace, but i had gone to the website before hand and printed out a Mazda car that i was interested in. He then brought the Mazda2 from their other dealership. I was instantly in love!!!!! i wasnt sure if i would be approved as my credit is not great. but with their hard work i was approved :) it was nice to receive a follow up thank you call and card! everyone should buy at flood ford!!!!!!!!!

Postive Experience from Start to Finish

It was a month long journey of indecision as to whether to buy out my lease on a Lexus IS 250 or lease/purchase a new vehicle. Thanks to Ken Wiley (Flood Ford East Greenwich), I was able to acquire the exact vehicle I wanted. Working in conjunction with Tim Whitford at the Narragansett Flood Lincoln dealership, he was able to get the 2015 Lincoln MKC that I saw at Tasca Ford, a feat that I thought was totally impossible. Every phone call was returned in record time and before I knew it, I was signing a sales contract for the vehicle at the Lincoln dealership.
