It is unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review, the car salespeople were easy to work with and nice it's the fact that the service dept is very unorganized and tell you ur getting one thing and then do another which unfortunately is a big problem when your going to be dealing with them for any warranty issues/service problems with the new car you purchased. I had a remote start put on my 2017 Edge Titanium that was told to me would be the exact same as factory direct including a new key fob so that it would all be on one fob not an extra piece so, I paid $556 and what I got was no different than what you get at the Dogpound in Uniontown for $150 my defrost doesn't come on when started nor does my heated seats, nor did I get a new key fob I got an extra piece to hang off my key ring. After telling them I wanted a refund and it removed I first got the offer to have carpet cleaner and then a few weeks later they offered a $200 check but wouldn't remove the starter (which is visably seen sitting in the top left corner of my windshield not as if it were factory direct and hidden obviously) so I refused that offer and after 3 1/2 weeks I had to file a complaint with BBB. We have bought 4 vehicles from Ford of Uniontown and there won't be any more. Please educate yourself on the service dept of the dealership you choose, even asking all the right questions and writing down exactly what the service dept tells you including the cost they can still be super shady.

I purchased a vehicle from Ford of Uniontown and 7 months later I was unfortunately rear ended whereas that vehicle resulted in a total loss for me. Everyone was great and went above and beyond to help me and my family replace our loss. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Ford of Uniontown.

I purchased my Ford Edge last August and therefore assumed my PA state inspection would be due in 1 year .. I noticed 2 weeks ago that it said 4/17 .. I called and was given an appt. within 1 week .. the Edge was inspected and I am once again legal! Because of a warranty I have I will bring it back the 1st of August for it's 1st oil change, etc. They did do a multi-point inspection this time and all was a-ok.

2016 Ford F150

Staff was great . The deal could have been alittle better . The price given verbally on a 2016 leftover was $ 35,000 . My trade was assessed at $ 6000 . You do the math here . When the salesman came back the price was presented differently and in a very confusing manner of $ 31,000 and some change. That is $2000 + over what was discussed. After my refusal they came back the 2nd time with they can give me $ 6500 for my trade and they can come down on the price of the truck with the total being $29,500 . I am not happy with the Deceptive Quick Talk that is done here . +++ The rebates normally given to the customers direct were directed strait back to the dealer and when you do the math it brings the price back within $1200 of the original sticker price . All this on a 2016 leftover. Hmmmmmm

2015 Ford Focus Hatchback

I worked directly with Dominic Carbone for my whole sale and he was awesome. However the day I received this email the transmission started acting up literally not even 48 hours after I bought the vehicle and I have to take it in for service Monday. I also give your detail teams 0 stars because the outside of the car was bright and shiny but the inside of the car was basically untouched with the exception of the carpets. Almost every time I turn my head I find another series of stains that simply could have been wiped off, showing they didn't really clean the inside of the car.
