onUnknow issue with my vehicle was determined, between diagnosis and parts requirement I was out my vehicle for two weeks, however a new loaner was provided for the entire time without question. As far as service, the department checked into an issue that I had brought up several times at another dealership but refused to do for me even after they had fixed two previous issues. Sunbury's Team did a wonderful job in identifying the root of the problem, repaired it, and followed up secondarily with a Manufacturer engineer.

onI really appreciate the service that Quick Lane provides. In today's hectic world to be able to have vehicle service performed at your convenience is a big plus in my book. I noticed while waiting in my car that the inspection was a few days past due and that it was time for my wife's car to be serviced.. 2016 ford focus transmission problems

onI have a 2016 Ford Focus that vibrates, shudders, rattles, and bumps when it shifts from first to second gear. It doesn't always do it , but most of the time. The first time i took it back to the dealerships service dept, they worked on it, said that it was repaired, but it wasn't. I took it backed twice more and had mechanics ride with me and they said the problems wasn,t bad enough to work it. The forth time i took it back, the kept it for a week, and told me that what was happening was normal. The car is still under warranty and they refuse to fix the problem. I can't believe that Ford would design a car that would have a problem like this and not be able to repair it. I am very disappointed. Over the years i have purchased at least 10 cars from this dealership and have never had any problems. This time they the talk to me like i am an idiot. They try to tell me that this a manuel transmission when it is actually an automatic.

onMy Quick Lane appointment was for 9:00. I arrived at 8:45 and my truck was on the lift before I could get comfortable in the waiting area. The entire visit (service and inspection) took less than one hour. Kudos to Jeff for coming out and sitting with me to explain the ODO Club. He had me signed up immediately. I can honestly say, that the folks behind the counter are consistently tops in customer service. I always wait for my truck, so I have had the opportunity to observe them in many situations.

onI brought the Mazda in for PSI and oil change. The explanation of needed repairs was very clear and the work done was very good, however when I left with the vehicle I noticed a problem with the brakes.....they traveled too low. I called back to Quick Lane and Dan told me I could bring it back at my convenience and they would fit it in. When I did take it back Mike was great about fixing it and got me a vehicle to use while mine was in. Superior service! Thanks guys!
